  Terrible terrible service …. It must be because of my ethnicity …. Poor premier in!!! And to think they have lenny Henry as their flagship advertiser … should be ashamed .

  Me he alojado con mi familia durante 5 días y ha sido genial. Limpio, bien ubicado (5 min de la parada London Bridge y autobuses) y personal excelente (mención especial a Jenny y Lily de recepción, son un amor, muy detallistas con los niños). Ademas, el desayuno está muy rico y la habitación familiar es tranquila, sin ruidos y muy cómoda (nos pillo la ola de calor y con el aire acondicionado estuvimos estupendos). Gracias a todo el equipo!!!!!

  I don't usually feel the need to leave reviews as most hotel experiences are reasonably generic. However, from the moment we checked in, to the time we left, the staff were all incredibly friendly and seemed genuinely happy to see and talk to you. Unfortunately I didn't take any names, but upon returning to the hotel in the late evening the staff would come from behind their desk to welcome you back or approach from wherever they were situated which to me was an incredible personal touch. The rooms were as you would expect, and very clean, and the hotel is situated just a few minutes walk from London Bridge tube station. We will definitely be choosing this hotel again, the next time we are in London

  I Premier Inn sono ormai la mia catena preferita di hotel in UK. Ho soggiornato in molti hotel in varie città e questo è stato quello con la family room più grande e più bella di tutti. Posizione ottima in base agli spostamenti che dovevo fare e all’aeroporto di Gatwick perché vicinissima a stazione metro e treni London Bridge. Camera silenziosa, in stanza non c’è il mini frigo, presente il bollitore con tè e caffè. C’è inoltre un Tesco express sotto l’hotel. Colazione sempre varia. Servizio cortese. L’unica cosa ma questa è una policy dell’hotel, non si aprono le finestre e la biancheria da letto è il solito piumone per cui in stanza faceva un po’ caldo e io non amo accendere il climatizzatore ma tutto il resto perfetto, si merita assolutamente le 5 stelle

  We had an awesome time. Stayed for 2 nights and the room was so comfortable. We will definitely come again.
