  I stayed here for the weekend and was very satisfied by the hotel. YOu cannot get more central. The room was quiet even though it was so central. The staff were all wonderful. I have nothing bad to say. Thank you so much for making me feel safe and welcome.

  I come here a lot as I like going to see shows in this area! Of you're a theatre goer like me then this is the ideal location! Staff are always friendly and helpful. Rooms are always clean and has great air conditioning

  I had an outstanding experience at the Premier Inn Leicester Square, thanks to Razella, the housekeeping manager. She went above and beyond by allowing us early check-in, which was a game-changer after a long journey. Her professionalism and warm demeanor truly elevated our stay. She is a real asset to the team—her hospitality sets a benchmark for guest service.

  We have stayed at this P Inn 3 or 4 times now. Each time we have been warmly welcomed by a young lady called Nazeera. She is welcoming, very efficient, and informative. We checked out this morning (D Thorpe and S Cusden) and wanted to give Nazeera a mention.

  Fantastic experience! There cannot be a better location to stay for tourists. Everything is walkable from here with tons of bars and restaurants nearby. Would absolutely come back. Good value breakfast. Lastly I cannot thank Raluca enough who was extremely helpful and nice to us at check-in and all through our stay - gave us an early check-in since I was travelling with a young child and old parents; extremely considerate of her.
