  We stayed here several times and we liked it since the location was perfectly across the station. Big cozy lobby too. The breakfast was the standard Premier Inn buffet breakfast, which we absolutely loved, especially because you have the option of scrambled eggs or sunny-side-up eggs. Staff were lovely and always helpful :)

  I am visiting in restaurants today with my family, Service was excellent specially MUHID is great service given my kids and my family, We’re asking our bells very happy to pay. That time MUHID give us one Review card we’re taking with us. But Don’t forget him, now I writing review. Great men👍 Delouses food , next time come in London visit premier inn restaurant.

  Wonderful staff, beautiful hotel, convenient location and comfortable rooms. The staff were the highlight throughout. Storing our bags with a smile, a joke and interaction with our children. The rooms were clean and comfortable, standard premier inn. There is an onsite restaurant and bar which was a bonus. Super close to kings cross International too

  Have stayed here many times and never disappoints. Felt moved to put on a review due to the outstanding service experience on checking in with Keowna, assisted by Dominic. Arrived a little early but needed to check in as I had a work meeting. Also wanted to upgrade to Prem Plus. No problem and all sorted out with super efficiency and charm. Great rapport with customers, not just me. These guys should be on the service excellence training team.

  ​⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️☆ Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt mit tollem Service – Welten besser als Euston, aber Abzüge im Detail (Zimmer 418) ​Nach ein paar Tagen im Premier Inn London Kings Cross ziehen wir ein sehr positives Fazit. Nach einem absoluten Desaster im Premier Inn Euston hat uns dieses Hotel und das tolle Team vor Ort den London-Trip gerettet! ​Was uns sehr gut gefallen hat: ​Gutes Raumklima & funktionierende Klimaanlage: Das Zimmer war von Grund auf angenehm kühl. Die Klimaanlage funktioniert einwandfrei – da muss man im Sommer fast aufpassen, dass es nicht zu kalt wird! ​Proaktiver & hilfsbereiter Service: Das Personal ist super freundlich. Obwohl unser im vorherigen Hotel gebuchtes Frühstück im System nicht richtig übertragen wurde und täglich Klärungsbedarf bestand, hat das Team es immer unkompliziert gelöst. Der Rezeptionist hat uns sogar abends beim Rauchen abgefangen, um mitzuteilen, dass bezüglich des Frühstücks alles geregelt ist. Auch extra Handtücher gab es auf Nachfrage sofort an der Rezeption. ​Ruhige Lage: Unser Zimmer lag Richtung Innenhof – dadurch hatten wir absolut keinen Straßenlärm und eine sehr ruhige Nacht. ​Abzüge in der B-Note (Mängel im Zimmer 418): ​Abnutzung & Defekte: Die Einrichtung ist spürbar abgewohnt. An den Wänden gibt es viele Kratzer und Streifen. Das Fenster schließt schwer und wirkt leicht defekt. Die Badtür quietscht so laut, dass man nachts nicht leise auf Toilette gehen kann. ​Mängel & Hygiene im Bad: Die Duschablage ist beschädigt/gebrochen und hängt nur noch an zwei statt an drei Halterungen. Zudem zeigt sich in den Duschfugen bereits Schimmel, und die Silikonnähte sowie die Türzarge im unteren Bereich sind stark mitgenommen. ​Fazit: Kein perfektes Luxushotel und mit einigen Abnutzungserscheinungen im Detail, aber im Vergleich zu anderen Standorten liegen hier Welten dazwischen. Ein solides, komfortables Hotel mit einem hervorragenden, extrem kundenfreundlichen Team! ​🇬🇧 English Version ​⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️☆ Very pleasant stay with great service – Worlds better than Euston, minor drawbacks in the details (Room 418) ​After spending a few days at Premier Inn London Kings Cross, our overall verdict is very positive. Following an absolute nightmare at Premier Inn Euston, this hotel and its wonderful team truly saved our trip to London! ​What we loved: ​Great room climate & Working AC: The room itself stayed pleasantly cool, and the air conditioning worked perfectly—a complete lifesaver during hot summer days! ​Proactive & helpful staff: The front desk team was exceptionally friendly. Although our prepaid breakfast from the previous hotel wasn't properly transferred in the system, the staff handled it with great care every day. The receptionist even caught up with us in the evening to confirm that the breakfast details were fully sorted. Extra towels were also handed out at reception without any hassle. ​Quiet location: Our window faced the inner courtyard, meaning zero street noise and a very peaceful sleep. ​Minor drawbacks (Room 418 specific): ​Wear & Tear: The furniture and room show clear signs of usage, with visible scuffs and marks on the walls. The window handle is quite stiff and loose, and the bathroom door squeaks so loudly that quiet nighttime bathroom visits are impossible. ​Bathroom issues & hygiene: The shower caddy/shelf is broken and only attached by two out of three points instead of being securely fixed. Additionally, there are visible mold spots in the shower grout, and the door frame near the bottom shows water damage. ​Conclusion: Not entirely flawless when looking closely at the details, but worlds apart from the Euston location. A solid, comfortable stay backed by an outstanding, solution-oriented team. Would definitely stay again!
