  Lovely hotel in the central area of London. The Premier Plus room was clean and very well set out with plenty of space. All the staff was very professional and friendly.

  Nous y avons séjourné pendant une semaine. Emplacement au top, ligne de métro à 5mn à pied qui permet d’accéder rapidement à tous les monuments et musées. Quartier très safe, on s’y est senti en sécurité. Literie au top, nous avons très bien dormi. Climatisation à 19 degrés mise avant même notre arrivée ce qui est parfait. Je recommande

  The rooms are very big for the price range of the hotel, I really enjoyed staying in them. The staff is maybe the nicest staff I have ever experienced at a hotel haha. The location of the hotel is good, being close to the tubestation Earl's Court and all the restaurants and stores close to Earl's Court. They serve breakfast and dinner, which of I only had breakfast. The food was good but a bit lower quality than other hotels in the same price range I've been to. The pastries section was great though. Some of the forks and knives were not entirely clean, which was not very pleasant, along with the tables and chairs being a bit old. That's my only complain about the hotel. Would recommend 👍
