  Room was very spacious lovely big bed with a deep mattress.. bathroom alittle dated but ok .. room was clean and presentable. We had breakfast the following morning and all was superb.. fresh,hot and delicious with lots of variety. Staff were pleasant polite and helpful not to in your face or invasive. Only issues I encountered were my Chromecast wouldn't work for some reason in their TV also the remote was slow and delayed could've been a battery issue. Also our room was hard to find. You have to go in one lift walk down a corridor to go into another lift..it was very confusing and long .

  Hemos estado 5 noches alojados con desayuno 2 adultos y 2 niños de 13 y 11 años. La ubicación es buena, en un vecindario tranquilo y bien comunicado con metro (la parada está a 3-4 min y pasa la District y la Picadilly lines) y autobús (en Cromwell Road). Las instalaciones están bien, en nuestro caso la ubicación de la habitación estaba en otro edificio y eso hacia que el acceso/salida fueran incómodos: subir hasta la segunda planta del edificio principal, cruzar un puente hacia el otro edificio y subir a la planta correspondiente a nuestra habitación. el desayuno es correcto. Hay que indicar en recepción si queremos que nos arreglen la habitación (cambian las toallas pero no las sábanas), sería importante que se plantearán incluir una mini nevera en todas las habitaciones, no sólo en las superiores. Se agradece el aire acondicionado en un verano tan caluroso como éste.

  Used to be our go to in London, but service and quality have gone down the last couple of years. On this last trip using the automatic check in machines we paid for two breakfasts that we didn’t need by accident (the machine didn’t give us the option for less) and requested a refund. However the staff were not helpful and the manager Edson said he would take care of it and never did. Service used to be much better and more efficient before. The place needs a refresh too. We’ll stay elsewhere next time.

  I love this place. I have stayed here 3 times in the last few years, for a total of almost 3 weeks. What really makes it great is the staff, especially Marcel in the breakfast room (and everywhere else it seems), with his unflagging friendliness, efficiency and energy. He actually remembered this repeat guest, after a year and doubtless thousands of people. Svetlana is also noticeably kind and patient, as are almost all the staff with the endless crowd of guests (many families). I'll be back next year.
