2 night stay as had Wimbledon tickets. Very convenient for Earls Cour Station.Check-in should've been 3pm but waited and waited and eventually as the room wasn't ready, they had to reallocate another room about 5pm. Room was fine. However, not cleaned on day 2. Water jar in reception always empty. Would stay again for convenience but a few improvements required.

When I arrived, the room had a nauseating chlorine smell that lasted for about 3 days.
I wanted to open the window, and even though the outer pane had a sticker that said "limited opening", the first pane was stuck. I reported it to the reception, they said they'd send maintenance to fix it and I came back to the same stuck window, but this time with a new sticker that said "doesn't open, but there's sufficient airflow".
On the second day I understood why the overwhelming chlorine smell: it was there to mask the moldy smell of damp towels, as the bathroom did, in fact, not get enough airflow. Towels would stay wet overnight, uncomfortable to use after the morning shower.
Also, although the room was booked for 2 people, the would constantly bring one less hand / face towel, even if mentioned several times at the reception.

The staff, Victoria and Elizabeth in particular, are the friendliest we have ever encountered whilst staying at a Premier Inn. From the moment we stepped through the door we felt very welcome. Our room was very comfortable and clean. The food was well cooked and plentiful. Location suited us perfectly as we needed to be Brompton Cemetery and the Royal Albert Hall. Great tube and bus connections through Earls Court. We were so impressed we have rebooked for next year.

Three Night stay, and having to "Cross the Bridge" was a challenge initially, once you do that walk twice it is a breeze.
The staff are all brilliant, helpful and engaging.
The food is well presented and priced, and the quality offers great value for money especially in Kensington.
The rooms are spacious for London and three nights passed in a flash.
I will definitely stay here again.

This hotel sits somewhere just above a budget hotel, at the lower end of of a mid-range hotel. It offers comfortable bed in a simple but adequate room. The room size was very good for an outer London hotel. The main benefit was the location, it is easy to access on the Piccadilly underground line from all Heathrow terminals, just tap your oyster card! The same underground line provides efficient access to central London either directly or with a transfer to other lines.
If you want your room serviced, you will need to request it to be cleaned by notifying reception in the morning. There is a café/restaurant and a bar on the ground floor, or many restaurants and pubs in an easy walk.
I summary a good choice if you are looking for a place to mainly sleep and wash and then use the train to London or Heathrow.
