  I had a wonderful experience at Premier Inn Hendon, thanks to Krupa Prajapati at reception. She was extremely welcoming, polite, and professional from the moment I arrived. Krupa went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and stress-free, always assisting with a smile and a positive attitude.

  Was recently staying at the premier Inn and loved how smooth the whole experience was with the booking and hotel itself. Want to give a shout out to Priyanka who was lovely and soo supportive with us moving into the hotel. Such an asset to the team

  The room had a connecting door to the next room with virtually no sound insulation — you could hear everything happening next door, making it impossible to relax. Housekeeping was non-existent. Asking for the room to be cleaned went ignored, and you had to chase for fresh towels every evening just to get basics sorted. The restaurant was a constant disappointment. Every single day something was unavailable — no steak, no gammon, no fries. It felt like the kitchen was permanently understocked. For a chain that prides itself on consistency, this was well below standard. Genuinely the worst Premier Inn experience I’ve had across multiple stays. Would not return to this location.

  I made a reservation. Within minutes, I get a call that my daughter need to go hospital. I called to see if I can cancel my booking as I be in a&e, and they refused. I bite the bullet on this one. But I know not to book with them again
