  Great location, some ladies in the restaurant pleasant. 1 wasn't so welcoming. Our drinks took over 20 minutes to come, there was only 2 other customers, when we asked her if she could check what was happening with our drink she seemed uninterested, sauntered off and came back saying it was coming. We only wanted a coca cola. We waited another 10 minutes for it to arrive. When checking out the hotel an Asian man was working at reception, he didn't acknowledge us until we said excuse me. We asked for the car park voucher, he just pointed to it. It really felt like he wasnt interested. That aside, we had a comfortable stay and the food is good.

  Very handy to Heathrow if you do not want to stay in the airport itself. One stop on the Elizabeth Line from terminals 2 & 3, and about 7 mins walk from the station. Very handy spot to access London. Service in the restaurant was a little brusque but not bad.

  Firstly a shout out to Manager Ionella and also service lead Vanessa for going above and beyond their duty to ensuring I had a great stay at the property. Five stars to both of them! 🙏🏼🤩 Having said that, the non premier rooms are ageing rapidly and are quite worn… even smelled badly when you first opened the door. I put the blame squarely at the cleaning team, whom as many reviews have pointed out, did not service the room during stays. Take out smells/ trash ended up sipping into the walls and carpets. Many requests for room service went unheeded. I believe we had 2 days of room service out of 10 nights stay. However, we’ve always enjoyed staying at Hayes due to access to Liz Line & distance to Heathrow. Oh, and the room is quite large, the bed comfortable. 🤭 In conclusion, the 5 stars is for Ionella, and Vanessa for their outstanding hospitality. Thank you Premier Inn for great staffs! (Just not the rude long haired night reception chap!)

  The location was the one major positive—it was incredibly convenient, right across from Harlington Station. Unfortunately, the service was extremely disappointing. Our sheets had a noticeable stale body-odour smell, and despite asking at least five times to have them changed, no one ever came to replace them. There is also no telephone in the room to contact the front desk. Anytime we needed something as basic as fresh towels, we had to physically go down to reception to ask for them. Travelling with two young children made this especially inconvenient and frustrating. A hotel should be able to provide basic housekeeping and clean bedding, particularly after multiple requests. Based on our experience, I would not recommend staying here.
