  It is a Premier Inn, so you know what to expect. The bed was very comfortable and the room was nice and quiet. However, the staff earned the five-star review. They were very helpful and friendly from start to finish. Good job!

  Honestly such an amazing hotel!! The rooms are very modern and clean with great appliances. There is self check-in and check-out which is very easy to use. Amazing location, very close to the tube and to the Hampstead shopping area! Loveeed staying here !

  Paid for early check-in today got there 11am had table booked for 11:45 near by. No rooms avail was told 5 mins. 45mins later still no room. Had to put stuff back in car and come back later. Stayed before no issues but today pure chaos and shocking dont let people book early checkin if cant be honoured.

  Stayed here more times than I can remember. Perfectly located for a flying visit to the capital. Just the one night stay this time, but the hotel remains a firm favourite. Staff are sensationally friendly. The only downsides are the cost of parking. £50 for 2 days. Even by London standards that’s extortionate. Plus the bed size in probably one of the smallest rooms in the hotel (302). Looked and felt like a small double. But the room was spotless and wonderfully air conditioned. Breakfast was great, no complaints.

  Spent 3 nights here at the end of July while visiting my daughter in London. Check in was self service via machines and QR scanner which took some sorting out, but after asking a member of staff to assist, he kindly sorted out check in and room cards. Booked a twin room which was clean, comfortable, pretty well equipped and provided a decent stay. The room was very quiet, despite the hotel being on a main road. Beds were comfortable and everything in the room worked as expected. The location, in Hampstead was ideal for venturing around London as Belsize Tube Station was only a few minutes down the road. To my daily rate I added breakfast which was a great way to start the day. A good choice of continental and full cooked English breakfast was available as well as cereals, breads, and a variety of drinks set you up nicely for exploring London. Overall, I was happy with my stay in this hotel and would consider staying here again. It offers a comfortable, reasonably good priced stay in the expensive city of London. Recommended.
