  Rooms were very clean & hotel was in good proximity to the nearby tube at Belsize Park. A special mention goes to Roopinder who was so kind during our stay & even went out of her own way to make the best hot chocolate at breakfast. Thank you!

  How sad - premier inn have pushed rooms into tiny boxes and taken out the baths So disappointed in this box room we are currently squashed into 1 towel in the ‘bathroom’ hardly a room more of a stall You can touch the walls from your small bed now We have been loyal customers for years but no more This will be our last stay Avoid room 329 unless your travelling alone It’s a single room but forced into ‘double’ Spoilt what we we thinking would be a nice visit to Belsize Pk Thumbs down all around The photos show each side of the bed Hemmed in by a wall

  Great staff. Big thank Roopinder and Carl for their excellent service at breakfast in the Premier Inn Hotel. They always make us feel welcome and are consistently kind, friendly, and attentive to both us and our children. We live nearby and often come for breakfast with friends and their children, and it is always a pleasure to visit because of the warm atmosphere they create. Their professionalism, kindness, and genuine care make every visit enjoyable. Thank you very much.
