    Staff where friendly & very helpful, could not fault them at all! However, the standard of rooms was a dissappointment. We had 2 rooms across our 4 night stay after the first one developed a problem with the toilet water heavily smelling of sewage! Both rooms where small and worn down, multiple bodged jobs in the bathroom, curtain rail wall fixings loose, paint peeling away from the bath and sink wall. Defintely not been renovated in a long time and it is very obvious compared to majority of Premier Inn rooms. I would advice booking at another Premier Inn as the rooms here are not upto normal standards and are quite a let down. Absoutley no fault on the staffs part, who where happy to help us get a new room and offered us breakfast the following day.

    The manager, Kiara, was rude and took a very long time to get us seated in the restaurant when there were only two tables being used by guests. We ask for more milk and she started arguing with one of the waiters/servers in front of all guests blaming him for not having more milk ready, instead of immediately going to the kitchen to get more milk and make the needs of guests her top priority The next day, after we asked Kiara for utensils and napkins, she chose to go outside the front lobby to vape. When she finally came back in the restaurant, we asked her why she ignored our requests, and she answered defensively and rudely by saying that she was extremely busy and walked away without apologies. When we asked to speak with the owner, she said they were on Holiday and we needed to speak with her for anything we needed and only with her and walked away to hide in the office behind the bar. The beds had small particles of dirt. Both bathrooms sinks in both rooms clogged up as soon as we turned the water on. My business partner, Andrew had similar rude and unpleasant experiences with her.

    Good budget friendly hotel. Located in a safe and kid friendly area with lots of restaurants, parks and shops. We stayed as a family and the room was comfortable and nice for us 4. We had room 907. There were 2 kids beds, but one was a proper bed and the other was more of a cot. It wasnt comfortable as the other two beds, but my son didnt mind. The hotel room had a large bathroom. The view from the room was great and the curtains did block all light so we could sleep in a bit. Breakfast was very good. Great coffee and the food was fresh with lots of options. This solid breakfast every morning added to the value and quality of our stay. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The hotel is not new or fancy but it is a great budget friendly, safe family option.

    Avoid at all costs, it has a very unpleasant smell throughout the rooms and hotel. The beds are incredibly uncomfortable and the rooms consist of mainly broken lights and facilities that don't work. We complained about our first room were moved to another and couldn't get any sleep due to the uncomfortable beds. When we complained we were given a card with a QR code on it that linked to leave a Google review! We complained again and ended up checking out after one night. When we contacted Premier Inn to ask for our refund we were refused as there was no record of our complaint or is checking out,. bizarre. We stupidly believed that the hotel staff had recorded it,as we were told at the time of complaint. We ended up having to book somewhere else for the 2 other nights. A waste of money and I can't believe it's a 3 star hotel, ridiculous.

    I honestly didn't know hotels could be this bad. This place is badly run-down, and during my stay smelled strongly of industrial cleaning chemicals on every floor and in the rooms themselves. Mattress had no support at all, our window was dirty and impossible to close, and the floors were sticky throughout. The bathroom was also in a bad state with dirty marks everywhere. Despite raising these concerns with staff, I was refused any kind of refund under their alleged Good Night guarantee - even though it was the worst sleep I've had in years.
