  I had a great experience at this hotel. The customer service was clear, helpful and very patient. The rooms were nice and clean, very comfortable . i would definitely recommend this hotel.

  The location is nice, easy access to transport and very kind staffs, the ambiance is great and very clean and classy rooms. Overall we had a very nice time staying in this beautiful hotel

  I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable and well maintained, and the staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful throughout my stay. The atmosphere was lovely and relaxing, and everything was handled professionally.   I was delighted to experience first hand this 'gem', after having heard great reports from friends. The room was v quiet, clean and efficiently furnished. Netta and Cristina went the extra mile, both in terms of professionality and kindness. I will certainly visit again. Thank you! Grazie!
