The room was fine, but if you need to request an invoice correction, it will be a never ending nightmare of calls and messages, trying to find a communication channel that works.

It is quite a distance from London city center. The distance is farther than Google maps suggested when I was planning my trip. Several times it has taken 90 minutes plus to get into the city center. Not the hotels fault. There are bus stops one minute to the left and right on the same side of the street and another right across the street, very convenient and great for night drop offs. Other than that the hotel is clean. Common areas are a bit dated. Wonderful staff, small grocery mart next door, awesome fish and chips across the street. I'd stay again knowing the time adjustment, i'd plan accordingly. I'd give it a 7 out of 10 based on the travel to and from. The hotel on its own merrit (taking distance out of the equation) would be a 8 out of 10. Also check it the water taxi cruises from think location.
