  Hey, it’s a Premier Inn — you know what you’re getting: a decent breakfast and a comfortable room to lay your head. We stayed with our children (well, one of them is a teenager!) and, as always, the room was clean, comfortable and pleasantly quiet. We did have a small issue with the sink, as the plug wouldn’t open, but as we were only staying for one night it didn’t really bother us. I mentioned it to a lovely member of staff when we checked out, and I’m sure it’ll be sorted quickly. Breakfast was your usual Premier Inn buffet-style offering, but once again, it was good, plentiful and set us up nicely for the day. Overall, exactly what you’d expect from a Premier Inn — nothing fancy, but clean, comfortable, quiet and good value. We’d happily stay again.

  We stayed in several Premier Inns during our trip to the UK and had good experiences in all of them. Out of them all, I’d say I was probably most disappointed with this location, but it was still a good experience. The rooms are small (which is fine), but they do need to have some small cosmetic improvements made as there were tons of smears and splashes on the walls, tons of dents in the drywall, and the caulking in the shower was completely black. However, the shower base itself was clean, the towels were clean, and so were the sheets so that’s what I consider to be most important. The beds are also very comfortable so that’s a plus. We loved this location, very central and close to many train stations. Overall, you definitely get your moneys worth and I think this hotel is a great budget option if you’re willing to look past a few questionable wall stains and splashes.

  Nowhere near as good as usual. Maybe because London was very hot and packed with tourists. We prepaid for 4 nights Premier Plus and arrived to no room. The guy handled it brilliantly, but we had to take a temporary room and move. 4 breakfasts each for both of us is a generous compensation so that's great. But really? Also: no ironing board and very unhelpful front desk the next day when we moved. The ironing board was missing. The hairdryer only gave cold or scorching heat. It took 3 separate trips to the front desk for a toilet roll which arrived long after the promised time. Good thing we had our own tissue supply. Air conditioning was excellent and a big plus in high temperatures outside. The two Hubs I love when travelling alone have more consistently great staff (Goodge and Clerkenwell) but to be fair, a full hotel taxes everyone to the max.

  Nous avons passé 4 nuits dans cet hôtel avec l'option petit déjeuner. La literie est confortable et la taille de la chambre très correcte. manque peut être quelques lieux de rangement pour les vêtements (juste quelques cintres). la vue n'était pas top mais au moins pas de bruit de circulation. l'arrivée est facile de l'aéroport glascow en prenant le train qui dépose à 5 min à pied. pour le reste du séjour on a pu soit faire à pied soit utiliser des bus très proches. le petit déjeuner est fourni et bon. il permet un bon début de journée. dans le hall une bobonne d'eau fraiche était à disposition, très appréciée avec cette chaleur. le jour du départ nous avons pu laisser nos bagages jusqu'à notre départ pour l'aéroport.

  Nous avons séjourné dans cet hôtel le dernier weekend de juillet, pour deux nuits, et nous avons passé un très agréable séjour Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été chaleureusement accueillis par deux personnes charmantes à la réception. Après avoir découvert notre première chambre, nous avons constaté qu’elle manquait un peu de luminosité. Nous sommes donc retournés à l’accueil, où une nouvelle chambre nous a immédiatement été proposée. Celle-ci, située au dernier étage, offrait une très jolie vue et correspondait davantage à nos attentes. Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié le geste commercial qui nous a été proposé : le petit déjeuner nous a été offert pendant notre séjour, car nous avons dû patienter environ deux heures avant de pouvoir accéder à notre chambre. C’est une attention que nous avons particulièrement appréciée. Les parties communes ainsi que les chambres sont très propres, et le petit déjeuner est complet et bien fourni. Toute l’équipe de l’hôtel s’est montrée souriante, agréable et disponible. Une mention spéciale pour Diana ❤️ qui a été adorable avec nous et particulièrement attentionnée envers notre petit garçon Nathan. Son accueil et sa gentillesse ont vraiment marqué notre séjour. Nous recommandons vivement cet hôtel, qui bénéficie d’un emplacement pratique, d’un excellent rapport qualité-prix et d’une équipe aux petits soins avec ses clients.
