  Close to Euston / Kings Cross stations. Room was clean and comfortable. Lots of noise - London right - but had good glazing to shut this all out. Had an undisturbed night. Restaurant on site but can't comment as didn't go there. Had friendly and polite help from a staff member at check in.

  A experiência com o serviço foi excelente. Tivemos um suporte tanto para hospedagem quanto para orientações em transportes que nos ajudaram muito. O quarto realmente tem um problema em relação a falta de ar condicionado. Estivemos num período que estava com temperaturas amenas, mas, mesmo assim, a sensação térmica no quarto não é boa.

  Great location between Euston and St Pancras Station. Premier Inn breakfast with cooked choices, fruit and pastries. Choices of juices and hot drinks. Rooms are standard Bathroom has bath with shower over. There aren't any grab rails though. Shower was quite powerful and warm water.

  The conditions are unlivable. If you'd left an animal in such conditions, you would be put in jail. Stayed with child, 10. When booking requested a quiet room in upper floor. Was given a room on the fourth floor facing the main road in sweltering heat. No air con. There was a rotating portable fan inside the room. The temperature in the room was over 30 C. We had to go down and stay in the bar area to be able to cool down a little bit. Opening the windows didn't help much, but added the noise of the cars, emergency vehicles and a parade going past. I complained in the reception, but apparently nothing could be done, apart from providing me with another small fan. When we came back to get ready to sleep, the bathroom smelled like marijuana. I woke up every hour until 5am, after which point I couldn't sleep anymore, as the road noise could be heard even through the earplugs and I had a mild heat stroke sympoms with headache and nausea. From there on, the child was getting woken up too, so at this point had to close the window and resign ourselves to relentless heat again.

  We stayed at the hotel on 13 and 14 May and had a wonderful experience. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the location was fantastic for getting around and exploring the area. What really stood out, however, was the kindness and professionalism of the staff. During our stay, a colleague unfortunately had their laptop stolen. The hotel team could not have been more helpful, supportive, and compassionate throughout what was a very stressful situation. They went above and beyond to assist us, showing genuine care and understanding when we needed it most. Exceptional customer service can make all the difference, and the staff here were truly outstanding. We are incredibly grateful for their help and kindness. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough and would happily stay here again.
