Room was lovely, just what we needed after the horrible place we had stayed the night before. Basic premier inn, nothing wrong with that.
What wasn’t great though was:
When we came to check in, a member of staff, even though we were clearly going to the self check in machines, started micro-managing me checking in. Bare in mind, this is about 12am, we just want to check in and go up to our room after the festival we had just attended. He kept tapping each option on the board before I could even read them, and then skipped over the part where you add breakfast saying “you can just buy it in the morning”. I was going to add it at that time because we forgot to add it on the booking originally. Wouldn’t allow it after that. But every time I tried to use the board myself, his hand would fly out and press everything for me. This was really demeaning.
Late night pizzas are expensive but I guess it’s an up charge for the “convenience” of not paying delivery. Two cost £28 roughly.
Breakfast was good, would prefer if the bread items were covered as I saw flys on the pastries.
The only other problem that occurred is that the parking wasn’t properly explained. We went to pay and it was £28 for the one night, but turns out, even an hour over you pay double!! No where does it say this and it really should, staff didn’t care and seemed fed up when I asked why it was that price (because I thought I’d made an error with the code). Really left a sour taste in my mouth when leaving, especially after already having a horrible stay at a different hotel the night before.
It was a 20 minute walk away from silver street so good location.
BEWARE! YOU WILL HAVE VAN BROKEN IN TO!! If you are using this hotel for work and will have a van with you then be aware! Make sure you empty tools on site before parking. The carpark is not secure. They say they will close the gates at around 11 but break ins happen around 10pm. The carpark is missing fences which means they can just walk around gate also. Not to mention it's £15 a night for the convenience too.
I WONT BE COMING BACK DUE TO THIS. as nice as the hotel was inside. Pretty sure the staff also go and hide in the back room when they know it's happening.

Gazi was incredibly rude to me. I had called for an early check in pre booking in which he said was available. I had come in store and he had notified me it was not possible and i had go wait til 3pm. This is not an issue however, if i booked it with it i am entitled to me refund if not given. He cancelled my whole booking of the room too, without telling me its not refundable. I SHOULD BE TOLD BEFORE THE CANCELLATION THAT ITS NOT REFUNDABLE NOT AFTER. GAZI IS INCREDIBLY RUDE
Worst premier inn iv stay at , manager is arrogant and 2 faced , always causes problems with check inns , and wouldn't let us eat our Uber food in the bar out of the way , as we had been eating the prem menu for weeks and was getting tedious as it's not cooked well at all , so told us no food from outside and told all the staff not to allow us , very unwelcoming!!
This premier inn was absolutely lovely, especially every staff member I interacted with throughout my stay. Great value for money and I love the unique offers, like late night pizza and happy hour. Breakfast was delicious, as was the dinner options.
The location is okay, although I knew booking that I would be by a very busy road that would require subways and far from local shops (there's a Tesco express on the other side if you are comfortable walking across a bridge or subway.) This didn't impact my experience at all and despite being so close to the North Circular, it was pretty quiet!!
