  I stayed at the Premier Inn Ealing Hotel for 4 nights and 5 days and overall had a very pleasant experience. There were many things I really liked, but I also have a few suggestions that could improve the hotel for future guests. The location is excellent. There are plenty of shops, cafés and restaurants nearby, with a wide choice of different types of food. It is very convenient and easy to find everything you need within walking distance. The parking arrangements were convenient, particularly the check-out time. Being able to keep my car until around 3:00 pm meant I could have lunch before leaving, which was very helpful and made the departure much less rushed. However, I think the car park could be improved significantly. There are limited parking spaces, and I noticed that quite a lot of spaces are allocated as disabled parking. Unfortunately, during my stay, many of these spaces appeared to be unused, and there did not seem to be much monitoring or enforcement to make sure they were being used appropriately. I completely understand the importance of providing disabled parking, but perhaps the hotel could review the number and arrangement of these spaces. If possible, I would suggest redesigning the car park layout, adding clearer parking lines and creating more usable parking spaces while still providing an appropriate number of disabled spaces. This could make a big difference for guests, especially during busy periods. Another important issue is the condition of the car park surface. I noticed nails and screws on the ground, which could easily cause punctures or damage to guests' tyres. I strongly recommend that the car park is checked and cleaned regularly to prevent this kind of problem. The reception staff were excellent. They were all friendly, helpful and willing to explain everything clearly. I really appreciated their professional and welcoming attitude. The café staff were also very helpful and kind. Because I frequently needed ice, they were always willing to provide me with a cup of ice, which was a small thing but made my stay more comfortable. The cleaning staff were helpful as well, especially one of the newer members of staff. She went out of her way to help me, and the fact that she could speak Mandarin made communication much easier and helped me understand everything clearly. I really appreciated her assistance. Overall Overall, I had a comfortable and enjoyable 4-night stay. The excellent location and friendly, helpful staff were the highlights of my visit. With some improvements to the car park — particularly better maintenance, clearer parking lines and a review of the parking layout to provide more usable spaces — I think the hotel could offer an even better experience for guests. I would be happy to stay here again and hope the hotel will consider these suggestions for future improvements.

  ### Hotel Review This was my first time visiting this location, and I had an extremely good experience. The hotel was very clean, and I really appreciated having air conditioning throughout the building. All the female staff were incredibly gentle, friendly and helpful. In particular, **Sancita** was absolutely lovely. She was very friendly, polite and welcoming, and she made my stay feel especially warm and comfortable. A **5-star service** from start to finish. I would definitely recommend this hotel and will happily return! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

  Excellent stay. Clean and comfortable room with everything we needed. Even the standard room was perfect. The bed was very comfortable, and it was nice and quiet throughout our stay. Friendly and helpful staff. Epically Sangita was very kind and full of positive energy Always happy to help with anything we needed. Breakfast was really good with plenty of choice. Easy check-in and check-out. Plenty of parking at the back. Great location, close to Ealing Broadway Tube station and surrounded by restaurants like montys. We would definitely stay here again when visiting London.
