  Often it is easy not to expect anything when staying at a premiere in other than price But today I was really impressed by the service,cleanliness and general presentation of the premiere inn in the Docklands Everything was brilliant and special mention to Munir in the restaurant He was patient and attentive but with out being over the top Well Done premiere inn as you have changed my perception Always easy to criticise but sometimes you also got to praise

  It's not the first time we've stayed and will certainly not be the last, because it's conveniently located for the DLR/Tube and airport, the rooms and food are some of the best we've had at any Premier Inn but where this place really ‘excels’ (get it?) is in its staff! While everyone at The Docklands are fantastic, we simply must give a huge shoutout to Duty Manager: Munir, Manger: Agne and Duty Manager: Saroj! We stayed one weekend in July and from the very first day to the last they made my son and I very welcome indeed - and on one night in particular went above and beyond to ensure my son really enjoyed his birthday; we can't thank them enough!

  Horrid food everything on the gluten free menu is rock hard the bacon can be used as car tires and the toast can be used as bathroom tiles took half an hour for my food to arrive and even my cat wouldn’t eat it.the beds have given me rashes and there is no hot water only lukewarm water I am never EVER coming again for sure the worst hotel in the whole of London

  If you stay here in the Prem Inn parking is free! London Excel Arena free parking! Staff inside are lovely however service is terrible, I guess as its so busy. Book a table or you can't turn up and expect one. I went all 3 orders and it ain't the best. It's very well priced though. Bao buns tasted like aldi special. No prawn chicken rigatoni tasted more like one of the 66 Heinz types. Ice cream was horrendous like B&M special ice and not creamy at all, Brownie was delish...

  Nice modern rooms, Staff very helpful and friendly We choose location, as we were travelling from home via car, so didnt want to be in the centre of London and this property has free parking. The DLR ( docklands light railway) is only a short walk away, and that gets you to towerhill in maybe 15/20 mins where you can excess the whole of the underground network. If i was coming to London via train or coach I would choose a more central location
