  Hotel a 200 m dalla metro, posizione ottima. Stanze comode e su misura. Presenti la wifi, l'aria condizionata e una TV. Servizio ottimo, basta chiedere e per qualsiasi cosa risolvono il problema. Personale gentile e alla mano. Colazione buona e completa. Peccato per un piccolo problema avuto con l'acqua calda gli ultimi due giorni, ma alla fine è stato risolto. Il prezzo ci può stare, forse solo leggermente sopra la media.

  This hotel was perfect for our family's stay in London. Our kids loved that we had two smaller beds for them rather than sharing. It is also soundproofed extremely well, we didn't hear another guest during our entire stay. The breakfast is fantastic and well worth the money. The air conditioning worked great and the beds were very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again if we were in London!

  The Premier Inn London City (Aldgate) hotel was great for our family! Simple, clean rooms, with great air conditioning. The best part is the service! Each person we interacted with, whether front desk, restaurant staff, etc., were an absolute pleasure to speak with. They were each very friendly and generous and made us feel like we were staying with family. The restaurant downstairs has an excellent breakfast with many options (including gluten free and dairy free options) while providing quality items and kids eat free! Sailu and Ida were so kind, happy, and went out of their way to help us feel comfortable and work through our food allergies. The coffee/hot chocolate machine was also great! The neighborhood was quiet and easy to navigate. The Piazza Walk just around the corner is a lovely place to hang in between meals or work breaks, etc. We'll definitely consider staying here again if we're ever back in London!

  Hotel in zona carinissima e molto ben servita (3 linee metro, ristoranti e market di ogni tipo e non turistici), zona vivace ma non caotica. La family room grande e abbastanza pulita ( sempre moquette comunque), colazione buona e personale gentile. Unico inconveniente le finestre non sono apribili…

  Stayed for 3 nights overall. The room and hotel were fine, although there was no hot water around 4-5pm on each day when I wanted to shower. There was plenty of hot water in the mornings and evenings/nights, so seems like it's deliberately shut off during the daytime. I would expect hot water 24/7 when staying in a hotel.
