    Stayed here in June 2026. The room was mainly good apart from one bedside table broken. The location is okay. However one member of staff discriminated against me very aggressively and demanded to see my key card when I was returning to my room from being out, just as many other guests do. He assumed immediately that I was a trespasser when I had checked in prior on the day! He was extremely rude and unprofessional and made me very uncomfortable. I was solo travelling and had been exhausted only to be discriminated and judged inappropriately by a member of staff who’s job is to make me feel welcome and comfortable. Do not come here.

    Honestly this is the best premier inn I've ever stayed in the customer service was great so was the security guard who was nice and cheerful. Being in canary wharf is always nice and it's so easy to get too with pretty much one Elizabeth line tube and a 10 minute walk and your there. The price was reasonable aswell which is a pleasure. I will be returning.

    A bit mucky. If you can overlook that the location, bed, noise, service, view are all as good as you can get for a hotel at this price range. It was a bit dusty on the side panels too, I'm not sure what happened after covid but it's like they took the feather dusters away from the cleaning staff, premier inns never used to be dusty but it's extremely common across all their sites now from my experience, which is weird because it's the easiest and quickest part of cleaning a room.

    My partner booked this for me and I quickly realised that this Premier Inn is not particularly near Canary Wharf. About a 20 minute walk from Canary Wharf Station, if you have luggage and you are a slow walker or your son gives you the wrong directions. No shops around or nice cafes! My first room was small, Tv didn't work and the second morning there was some weird buzzing in the room. Fast forward next evening still had the buzzing. I mentioned this and was kindly upgraded. Service was good, but wouldn't stay again

    This should have been a 5 star review but sadly one area let it down. The room I got was a family one so bigger than normal. I was delighted to see it had a bath! And it was the bathroom that let it down- We booked a double room for my wife and myself yet only 1 hand tow and 1 bath towel was provided. I didn’t think hotels still used toilet sheets rather than toilet rolls but yes this hotel does. Not only is this particularly hygienic it’s actually often awkward to pull the sheets out Now to the bath. This hotel uses the old fashion shower curtain rather than a proper shower door. The curtain despite best efforts failed to stop the water spilling out to the floor and i dont think its very hygienic. The bath was a nice full size and quite deep. The issue was that the there was no bath mat and the bath was quite slippery. In addition there were no wall level handles to help you to get out(there are handles lower down but not very good). The biggest issue of all was the lack of consistency of the hot water. I checked in on Sunday night and was looking forward to a nice hot bath. Alas the water was barely luke warm. I ran it for several minutes but to no avail. Next morning the same thing. I reported it to reception and they promised to have maintenance check it. I got back to the hotel on Monday about 7 pm. Ran the water and again still just warn. I tried an hour later and after running it for a few minutes it was extremely hot ( there is no warning sign about the possible danger of very hot water! ) On Tuesday morning I ran the water for about 10 mins at 7:30 and eventually it became hot. Tuesday evening was ok as was wed morning. Final point. The bath has two shower heads. The main one is the full overhead type which was nice but was not that powerful. The other shower head was the hand held type but had the very old fashioned head which had no spray controls so you don’t have a choice of the type of spray you want. Both showers looked very cheap So all in all a disappointing stay in terms of the bathroom but the hotel is on a good location. Very modern , good restaurant and excellent service. Would I stay there again? Possibly if the above points were remedied
