  Checked in on the afternoon of 18th August. The lady on reception was extremely helpful and of great assitance. We were attending a concert in Wembley, location wise it's a bit of a trek on a bus (change at Ealing) but the low room rates make up for the high prices around Wembley on a concert day.

  Could do with a little update in parts but had a comfortable stay all the same. Staff were all very polite and accommodating.

  First of all we booked a family room and it came up as a single room, my bed wasn’t made up, the sink smelled of sick and they never made our rooms. Worst priemer inn I’ve stayed in.

  Clean tidy rooms , beds comfortable, breakfast lovely , staff very helpful Parking is available but limited spaces , One lift was very slow

  I recently stayed at the Premier Inn London Brentford for a business trip. When I booked, I had accidentally selected an accessible room. The room itself was clean, comfortable, and perfectly pleasant, but as I was travelling for work, I had been looking forward to relaxing in a bath after a long day and also needed a desk to get some work done, which the accessible room didn’t have. I didn’t want to complain, but I thought I’d ask if there was anything that could be done. I spoke to the manager, Bibek, and from the moment we spoke he was incredibly understanding, polite, and genuinely wanted to help. He took the time to see what options were available and managed to find me another room that suited my needs. On top of that, he also kindly included breakfast, which was completely unexpected and very much appreciated. It’s not often that I take the time to write reviews, but the level of customer service Bibek provided really stood out. He went above and beyond without making me feel like I was causing any inconvenience, and it’s the kind of service that’s becoming increasingly rare to find. A big thank you to Bibek and the team at Premier Inn London Brentford for making what could have been a minor issue into such a positive experience. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.
