I had a very nice stay at the hotel. Everything was great and the breakfast was delicious. Sorina was very kind and helpful with me and my family. The children also had a wonderful experience and really enjoyed their stay. We all felt very welcome and comfortable, and we will definitely come back again.

We have been staying for more than two weeks and the quality and comfort of this hotel is really underrated. Spacious and spotless room, comfy bed, good and consistent breakfast and, occasionally, restaurant, but the most of all, the staff is amazing. Sorina and Melinda deserve a special mention for being so warm and welcoming, being always available and op top of everything. Them and the front desk team made the stay look and feel effortless.

What a horrible experience trying to book a room and find which parking is closest to the hotel. Reception does not answer calls, the central guest relations team couldn’t even reach them. Parking is managed by Horizon, so my only question was “which of the 5 Brentwood parking a is the one I must book at”? Central bookings literally told me “how would I know”? This is just really terrible service. Book elsewhere if you can.

I’ve been coming to this hotel with my family for a few years and we’ve always had a great experience. The location is very good, the rooms are comfortable and everything is always nice and clean. At breakfast, Sorina welcomed us with a big smile and was very helpful and friendly. 😊 Joshua, the manager, was also very friendly and helped us a lot at reception. All the staff are amazing and make us feel very welcome. We will definitely come back and I highly recommend this hotel. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and really enjoyed our experience. The room was comfortable, the atmosphere was welcoming, and the breakfast was lovely, with a good variety of food. A special mention goes to Sorina, who was absolutely wonderful. She was incredibly friendly, kind, attentive and always greeted us with a warm smile. She made us feel very welcome and was always happy to help with anything we needed. It’s people like Sorina who make a stay even more enjoyable. Her positive attitude and genuine kindness really stood out to us. Thank you for such a lovely experience. We would happily stay here again and would definitely recommend the hotel! ❤️
