  Premier Inn get it right through consistency but little touches add some level of individuality. The service when we checked in was great, the offer of water in the foyer is a great little touch too. Really quiet rooms and extremely comfortable beds.

  I had a very pleasant stay at Premier Inn. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially the maintenance man who was washing the floor outside on Sunday afternoon. He made us feel very welcome. The room was a good size and clean, the hotel is in a great location close to the river. The only downside was that there were quite a few bleach stains in the corridors, which didn’t look particularly attractive. Overall, a comfortable stay with friendly staff and a convenient location

  Toller Standort, alles fußläufig erreichbar. Zimmer sind Standard alles notwendige dabei, mehr nicht. Flur schon ziemlich durch, Teppich dreckig, Fahrstuhl hatte defekte Taset für Ebene 4. Frühstück typisch englisch, kein Aufschnitt wir Wurst oder Käse und erst recht kein Gemüse.

  We had a great stay at the hotel and wanted to give a special mention to Yusuf, who was incredibly friendly, helpful and welcoming throughout our stay. He went out of his way to make sure we were looked after and always had a smile on his face. His customer service really stood out and made our experience even better.

  I stayed here with my 8y/o daughter for two nights at the start of August. This particular Premier Inn was recommended by a friend as she thought it would be safe for us. We did indeed feel safe which was particularly due to the location close to Blackfriars which meant we didn't have to walk too far to and from the station. We also enjoyed that this hotel.is close to the river and lots of london 'sights'. We walked easily to the Tate and the Globe and from there to Borough Market. We also walked to the London Eye / Westminster from here. We also found it easy to get to Kings Cross and theatre areas during our visit. The hotel itself has a nice 'reception' area, although I never saw it manned as a.reception whilst we were there. Our room was great. The breakfast was a little manic. Our first morning, we weren't asked if we were familiar with the breakfast set up nor were we asked if we wanted to order anything I.e. porridge. Our second morning, was busier and I gave up on getting some.scrambled egg as the queue was long. We were asked on this morning about our familiarity and ordering something, so I ordered some vegetarian sausage- they never showed up. I can't comment on staff as to be honest we hardly saw any or interacted with any. I would stay here again.
