  Didn’t stay but had an evening meal, we was working near by, we did try come here for lunch but apparently wasn’t any staff to do it so came back for dinner. Food was as expected and can’t complain.

  Very good. Location is amazing and room as per described. Adriana and Khattab were great assisting with early check in.

  Pros: Clean rooms, let me check in early, good sized room Cons: Not all, some of the staff were shouting back and forth across the restaurant "hey big boss man!"

  What an incredible experience! This hotel is spectacular, its location is convenient, close to the Tower of London and Tower Bridge. We were able to walk to these tourist attractions. The staff are very kind and polite, a 10 out of 10. The breakfast is delicious, and it also includes the famous "English Breakfast". The rooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable. I spent 4 nights with my father, and we slept very well. I would certainly stay there again! Everything was wonderful. Greetings from Brazil.
