  We’ve been coming back to this hotel for years, and it never disappoints! The service is excellent, and the location is ideal, with easy access to central London by tube and bus from Archway station. The breakfast is also very good, and it’s free for kids. The staff are fantastic —a special thank you to Christel, Saeideh, and Noman for always being so helpful, welcoming, hard working and friendly! We always feel very well looked after, safe, and at home. The rooms are clean and well laid out, and the beds are very comfortable. We always look forward to coming back!

  A very nice and welcome service , especially cool enough air conditioner during heat wave 😍 For staff, Chirsel at day shift and Surafell at night shift are especially helpful. We checked in late, he is super helpful. For Chirsel, her lovely smile and wonderful customer service, light up our day in the morning. Especially very helpful to my daughter. We enjoyed the stay so far.

  Archway Premier Inn is ideally situated for London. Bang nextdoor to Archway tube. The staff are exceedingly friendly and helpful. Breakfast is very wholesome and plentiful. Best scrambled egg in London. Well done chef. The renovations to the lounge and dining areas have created much more space and light! We had a family room which was comfortable but lacked an armchair, or chairs. There was only one, and we were three adults and child. Beds were good though. All together a second very pleasant experience and we'll return.

  We had a wonderful stay at this hotel.The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming and relaxing. The staff were professional, helpful, and always happy to assist with anything we needed. A special thank you to Mahin, who really made our stay even more enjoyable. He was incredibly friendly, positive, and welcoming from the moment we arrived\. His kindness, warm smile, and genuine willingness to help made us feel at home.He is a real credit to the hotel, and her excellent customer service made a lasting impression on us

  We were served during a mealtime at the Premier Inn London Archway restaurant and Brad and Mahin made the whole experience genuinely enjoyable. It was our first visit to this Premier Inn and both of them went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and well looked after. Brad was great at building rapport and making us feel relaxed, and Mahin, even though it was his first shift, was incredibly attentive. He checked whether we knew about the upgrade option and made sure we were covered either way, which was really appreciated. When my phone ran out of battery just as I was about to pay, Mahin handled it brilliantly. I felt embarrassed, but he reassured me straight away and dealt with it with real kindness and professionalism. Both Brad and Mahin made a simple mealtime feel like a genuinely positive experience. They’re a credit to the team and deserve recognition for the way they looked after us. My 10 year old daughter also said “excellent service” and she appreciated the extra topping on her ice cream. Thank you!
