Can’t comment on rooms as never stayed! I was working near by on an event and came here to chill and have some drinks and lunch! Staff was helpful and food was good but for some strange reason apparently didn’t have any sauces at all 🤨 the menu is very limited
Wanted a few coffees after to chill but wouldn’t let me pay for them as free for anyone who’s staying so they gave me them for free even though I wasn’t staying and just eating here which was very nice of them!
Hub is exactly as advertised. It's a bare bones accommodation with everything one needs. Large comfy bed, TV not too smart, accessible showers, WiFi, elevators, 24hr internet and tea/coffee cafe. No windows that open but who cares. Best part of all Hubs is proximity to most popular tourist attractions/venues in the city they're in. This location in London is walking distance to Westminster Palace and cathedral, Buckingham Palace, the tower bridge, all the stuff. No bar fridge in rooms, a little inconvenient, I'd book this again

Other than the shower only containing a combo shampoo/body wash, with no consideration for people with long hair and same issue with the hair dryer being too far from a mirror to properly dry your hair. Bed is super comfortable, aircon was key in the heat wave, close to a number of great restaurants, easy to access the tube. Great affordable option.
This was my second time at this hotel. Staff is always lovely.
Breakfast is average, not many options and watered down juices. No hot breakfast as compared to other hotels I stay in. However, there is coffee and tea counter free 24*7, and a water jug to fill bottle.
Room were clean, but mine didn't have window, despite paying 300 pounds for two days.
Cons: Shower leaked very badly and flooded each time I showered, and there was no way to close it. Toilet rolls were also just one ply, very abrasive. Shower gel was very drying. Toilet door is translucent, and there was big gap between the doors, so if you have another person in room, you possibly have to send them out before showering, or they can see everything. You have to scan your key card atleast 4-5 times till the point you reach your room. Very small rooms, hardly any space to move around. They don't clean room daily by default, you need to inform them each time to do it. Whenever you enter the room, AC resets and switches on automatically which was quite annoying.
Pros: staff was friendly, lounge area is good. It is good walking distance to train station and very near to parliament and Westminster. All the light and AC controls were on bed frame, so east to access. Plenty of plug slots.
We stayed at Hub by Premier Inn on Dacre Street from 26th May for two nights as a group of seven, including four family members travelling over from America who were excited to experience London for the first time.
Overall, we had a really enjoyable stay and were very impressed with the hotel. The rooms were comfortable, the location was excellent, and the staff were fantastic throughout our visit.
A special mention has to go to Lorenzo, who was absolutely amazing. Nothing was too much trouble for him, and he went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. He is a real asset to the hotel and deserves recognition – make him a manager as soon as possible!
There were only a couple of minor issues during our stay. The air conditioning in room 316 wasn’t working, which was unfortunate given it was one of the hottest days in May. In addition, one of the other rooms had a bath towel with mud stains on it. While these issues were disappointing, they were relatively small compared to the overall positive experience.
Despite these minor setbacks, we loved our stay and would definitely choose to stay here again on our next visit to London.
