The hotel was good for its location however it was quite run down, with furniture being dirty or out of order. The carpet in the room had multiple stains and was discoloured significantly as well as the only chair in the room being stained with what I can only imagine is sweat stains?
Parts of the room were damaged like the edge of the blind etc but the main issue was the lack of cleanliness on the fabrics etc. my bedding had a hole in it and a hair in the duvet.
When I asked for a take away coffee cup with their complimentary tea/coffee because there were none at the front the staff looked affronted what they would have to go to the back and look asking me if that’s what I wanted her to do.
The location is convenient with a Tesco express close by and a few different underground’s nearby. It was nice to be able to walk to the Tower of London on an evening. I would however choose somewhere else to stay because of the cleanliness.

Dusche, Klimaanlage, großes TV, alles in perfektem Zustand.

I stayed three nights on a solo business trip, and the standout of my stay was the care I received from Angela at the front desk, and at dinner, which she also served. Arriving alone in an unfamiliar city, you brace for the usual anonymous hotel experience; instead she made me feel like a genuinely valued guest rather than a room number. She checked me into a corner room with a lovely view, a small touch that set the tone for the whole stay. That level of attentiveness and professionalism is rare, and it is exactly what makes a guest want to return. A real asset to the hotel.

I stayed at hub by Premier Inn London Tower Bridge from 10–16 July 2026. The hotel is well located, quiet and generally clean, with friendly staff and a simple but good breakfast. Unfortunately, the stay was seriously affected by poor air conditioning and repeated failures to clean my room.
The air conditioning in Room 414 did not cool the room adequately during unusually warm weather, making sleep difficult. I reported the problem to reception five consecutive days and was repeatedly told it would be investigated, reset or examined by a technician. I was also told I might be moved to another room. None of this led to any change, improvement or follow-up.
My room was also left uncleaned for several consecutive days, despite daily requests. The in-room “Clean Room” control appeared not to work, and requests made directly to reception were often ignored. On one occasion, the room was cleaned only after another complaint, while I waited outside for about an hour.
The most disappointing part was not simply that these problems occurred, but that repeated assurances from reception produced little or no action. I emailed management after returning home and, more than a week later, had received no reply.
Very disappointing. I would not return to this hotel or choose Premier Inn again.
I can also make it more concise and punchy for Tripadvisor’s typical review style.

TERRIBLE. We stayed 10-13 July. The hottest days of the year. The air conditioning didn't work. We reported it the night we arrived. Man was useless on reception. Kept telling us he'd reset it and it didn't change. My mum never slept at all and we were both drenched. Reported it the next morning, told it would be fixed and the manager told. Got back that night still not working and the temperature even hotter. Rooms are tiny which is fine but there isn't a window that opens. I told the staff you wouldn't keep a dog in this room and she replied "yes it is a health hazard I'm sorry there is no where else we can move you". Two nights my mum never slept and I was very unsettled. Third night we were moved. I asked for our money back for the two nights we were disturbed. They've offered me a random figure which is no where near what it cost. Haven't had any money, haven't had any further reply. VERY POOR.
