Firstly, as should be obvious from the website, the rooms are small. With that out of the way, otherwise this is a great place to stay. The staff are brilliant, friendly and helpful. Facilities are excellent, especially the breakfast, which is great value. Coffee and porridge are very good! Venue and location are ideal for a city break - garden at 120 for example, is only 10 minutes away. Been once before, will be back again. Mostly down to the lovely staff.

Always a pleasure to stay at the Premier Hub Tower Bridge. The rooms are beautifully laid out and well equipped. The staff are just lovely and nothing is a problem ( not that we had one) they are an asset to the company.
Based centrally easy to get anywhere. We wouldn’t stay anywhere else. Thank you again Gilly

We stayed here from Thursday to Sunday. First, I'd like to say that the staff were exceptionally friendly and checked on us at every opportunity to see if we needed anything. The rooms are adequate. They could be a bit bigger for two adults with their luggage. A note to the ladies: the hotel hairdryer couldn't be used on the warm setting for very long, and I had to use the "cool" setting constantly—having my own would definitely have been an advantage. There's no toilet brush in the bathroom. A small thing, but not unimportant. The bathroom fan seems to be more for show. In any case, it can't be controlled manually. The air conditioning is connected to motion sensors. It switches off when you're asleep. The window can't be opened. Really important: there's a button you can press to make a "do not make up the room" sign light up outside. We never pressed the button, yet our room wasn't made. I'm not talking about making the bed or vacuuming. But even the small 5-liter trash can wasn't emptied, and the towels weren't changed. The hotel bar has a mix-and-match happy hour in the evenings, during which you can't mix the listed drinks. To get the happy hour price, you have to order the same drink twice (we interpreted this differently). Breakfast was always plentiful, but exclusively sweet. Meanwhile, there was unlimited coffee specialties from a fantastic machine. Upon arrival, we were told that coffee and tea were available 24/7. We didn't try it. All in all, a small hotel with potential. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. We slept well and in a central location.
