I stayed 3. nights at this hotel while I travelled on the PS Waverley. The hotel was conveniently close to the pier. Room was comfortable and clean, though small, and lacked coffee making facilities. Lighting and heating were controlled by a touch panel above the bed. Shower was very good, producing lots of hot water on demand. Wi-fi was also good. I cannot overstate how friendly and helpful the staff were. Impossible to pick out individuals, they were all very good.

It's pretty basic but great quality for basic. I took a bit of a dizzy spell during my stay, felt quite poorly and the staff where very supportive and helpful. So I really wanted to come on here and share my experience, as I'm very thankful.

Great location, rooms are quite small with no window (a light box) but cozy. The rooms are very quiet. No cups/water in the room which was slightly disappointing. Staff are friendly. The breakfast service and choice was really good. The breakfast team were amazing - very attentive and welcoming.

Honestly, I wish I stayed here longer. All the staff were so welcoming and helpful! The room was perfect for myself only. It had window view, working ac, hot water. Everything I needed for my one night. Although the room didn't have a tea pot or coffee makef, there's coffee and tea available in the lounge area all day! The location is perfect! Couldn't had ask for more. Definitely recommend this hotel.
