  The location, facilities and staff were excellent. 5 minutes work to Chinatown, 15 minutes to the British Museum and in Soho itself, it was a great base of operations. As the air conditioning does not go below 19°C, and there are no windows, the room got a bit stifling and hot at times. Otherwise the room had good facilities.

  I did have a good stay here in fairness, can’t really fault the room. However, there needs to be more staff on shift. They now have these rubbish machines to check in with which just decided not to work and a queue formed before one very stressed lady who had to deal with the fallout, wasn’t really fair on her at all. Stop making technology do everything when it’s not necessary, with the amount we were charged for the room there’s no excuse to cut labour and replace it with these stupid screens that do not work as well as a human.

  Fantastisch hotel in Soho Londen. Keurige kamers, prima ontbijt, fijne zeer vriendelijk personeel. Kortom een goed en veilig hotel.

  Had a lovely stay and will definitely be back! Location is incredible, bedrooms are super comfy, and the staff are great.

  Great hotel!! In the heart of the city! The location is perfect, near multiple restaurants, pubs, different stores, tubes, theatre, supermarket and close to Oxford street, where you can find basically everything. The hotel is located in a peaceful street, and a few seconds from a very diverse London! I went with my family and it was really good. Carie welcomed us and was really friendly!! All the staff was really nice and helpful, making our stay there feel really happy! They are extremely nice and work really hard to make everyone feel home! The rooms were cozy, with comfortable beds and optimized space to fit everything. A heads up: not every room has windows, so if that is important to you, do write them when making the reservation (email or call them) to let them know and they will try their best to put you in a room with windows. Also, you have to request to clean your room daily. They always made our rooms really clean and organized! Highly recommend!!! It was a very happy stay!
