  Excellent stay. It being a hub, rooms are of course compact but all I need is a comfortable bed, a/c, clean functional bathroom, good location and competent kind staff (so all boxes ticked). Henry on reception was particularly helpful. Had previously bypassed this part of London to stay directly in the heart of the West End but actually found this to be the perfect base. Right on the Northern Line, 10mins walk to Oxford Road and with loads of choice for food and drink in the Fitvrovia streets just off Tottenham Court Road.

  This was my first time travelling abroad by myself to a distant country and I should say that this hotel was a rare finding for me (especially because it was either that or the UCL dorms for the same price but way lower quality). They offered all the basic stay and regular hotel services for a reasonable price and had great amenities. Rooms were a little bit compact but perfectly fine for just one person needs. I want to leave a kind note for Mihai and Henry, who both made my stay feel comfortable, cozy and have assisted me kindly in all of my requests. Unfortunately I wasn’t able to say everything I wanted to them personally before my departure, but please express my highest gratitude and farewell to them in my behalf! ♥️

  Rooms are great for what you need would be nice if they had tea coffee facilities in the room , especially when they don't serve food other evening , I came in at around 8:00 pm and would of been nice to have a hot drink and maybe just that bit of privacy to make a soup or pot noodle or anything in the comfort of my room however this isn't available, there is however a station in the lounge for this so just down to preference , service was excellent however I didn't really need them , breakfast is nice however only continental, considering there's no meal facilities in the evening would be nice for a cooked one in the morning again my preference but ultimately for 1 night in London travelling for business this is a great hotel for that

  Une bonne expérience dans cet hôtel! Nous y avons bien dormi. Nous avons payé un supplément de 15£ afin de check in 3 heures plus tôt que prévu, plutôt pratique. Les chambres sont climatisées et bien pensées pour les personnes voyageant léger. Le petit déjeuner (continental) n’avait rien d’extra mais nous le savions, et cela corrspondait à nos attentes. Enfin, l’emplacement est idéal, nous avons pu tout faire une grande partie de la ville à pied sur 2 jours. (À 20 minutes de St Pancras)

  Decent Stay with Great Location, But Room Lacks Basic Amenities: I spent 15 nights here. The location was fantastic—very close to both bus stations and the tube/underground. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, and having free coffee and water available 24/7 was a great touch. However, the room itself was quite average. There was no cabinet or wardrobe for clothes, and no telephone in the room to reach reception. Additionally, the rooms were placed so close together that it felt awkwardly shared, offering very little privacy. Good for location and service, but room comfort could definitely be improved.
