  Stayed here for a work visit for 1 night. Went to eat and there’s literally 5 choices of food. Food was very poor. I’ve literally had better food from a cheap basic microwave meal from farm foods. The room was OK apart from the aircon being barely a cool breeze and I had to mess about with it pressing buttons on from of it until it finally started working. Staff in the eating area very disinterested and the girl serving never smiled once and looked like she was at a funeral. Never had such miserable service and I have stayed in about 40 hotels since I travel all over the country. Breakfast is very basic and no hot food like bacon, sausage and eggs etc. just continental. After paying £245 for just 1 night I thought it was scandalous. Won’t be coming back here again that’s for sure.

  The room has a large wall-light that looks like it's behind a locked door, so i assumed it must be a window. Therefore, I turned my phone off to conserve power (I hadn't brought a charger because of other issues with the trip). I couldn't tell when it was morning and missed my train home as a consequence of the room design.

  Me and my parents stayed here for one night and it was amazing. The staff are so friendly and the rooms are spacious and clean. The hotel is near major sight seeing locations and is right near a tube station. The continental breakfast was great. The poor staff had to deal with a rude customer who obviously didn’t do their research before booking, as he was complaining that the bed wasn’t made. The duvet is rolled up when you arrive in the room. It’s easy to unravel and then you just spread the duvet yourself. How unfortunate that the staff had to deal with this VERY rude man. Thank you to every single staff member for working hard to deliver the best customer service.

  Unser Aufenthalt im Hotel war sehr angenehm und hat perfekt zu unserem Städtetrip gepasst! 😊 Das Personal war durchweg freundlich und hilfsbereit. Besonders gefallen haben uns die bequemen Sitzmöglichkeiten in der Lounge, die zum Entspannen nach einem langen Tag in der Stadt einladen. Super fanden wir auch, dass man Kaffee und Tee kostenlos mit aufs Zimmer nehmen konnte. ☕ Ein modernes Highlight sind die digitalen Pads auf den Zimmern, über die sich Klima, Licht und die „Bitte nicht stören“-Funktion bequem steuern lassen. Das hat einen zeitgemäßen und praktischen Eindruck hinterlassen. 📱✨ Auch der Schlafkomfort hat überzeugt – wir haben sehr gut geschlafen und konnten erholt in den Tag starten. 😴 Insgesamt ist das Hotel perfekt für einen Städtetrip als Paar geeignet, besonders wenn man ohnehin die meiste Zeit unterwegs ist und ein komfortables, modernes Hotel als Ausgangspunkt sucht. ❤️🏙️

  The rooms are very basic but perfect for our 1 night stay. We'd accidentally booked an accessible room. Reception did offer to move us, but we declined. Beds were very comfortable. The only downside were the sink tap which sprayed over the place getting our clothes wet. The overhead shower also sprayed in all directions and the water pressure seemed rather low. There was a basic breakfast available. I don't know if it was included in the booking but we'd taken our own anyway. We did notice there was gluten free cereal available. All in all, were always happy with the hubs. They're well located. We usually stay at the one in soho but this time used the one in Tottenham court road. It was a 15 - 20 minute walk from soho but the walk was fine.
