  The room is small, but it has everything you need. The location is excellent. Perfect for food, musicals, and tourist attractions.

  We stayed 7 nights. We came early morning, stored my luggages and walked around till 3pm to check in. A tall young guy and pretty girl are very friendly and warm hearted! Room is small, but very organized, new and clean! It has air conditioning, so quite comfortable in the hot summer days! The hotel is in the best location for tourists, 10 minutes to Big Ben, Westminster abbey and buckingham palace, straight 30 minutes bus ride to Tower Bridge and St. Paul’s cathedral! So many restaurants, shops, theatres in the neighborhood!

  Can’t fault it in anyway, tidy rooms with a good shower and a tv, 24hr bar and free tea and coffee all day and night would recommend and stay again, staff very friendly, it’s a small room but I knew that and it doesn’t bother me as it’s just a base and a place to sleep. Handy luggage storage under the bed also was a plus!

  Great location, good hotel, and friendly staff. Rooms are small but I knew that when I booked it. As I said rooms are small but still comfortable with a walk in shower. Breakfast was adequate considering it cost only 7 pounds per person. I knocked 1 star off because unfortunately the carpet really needs changed out. Good central place to stay for the price.

  My wife and I stayed 2 nights only this week and our stay is a pleasant memory. The reason? All due to BOSIA!!! the young Polish lady at the reception! BOSIA was ever ready on standby to advise, to guide, everything to make our stay so effortless by taking on the efforts herself for our convenience. BOSIA was to us the hotel's receptionist, concierge, cafe manager, guide etc. In a larger hotel, she would be the General Manager! With her excellent PR skills and ability to forecast & meet guests' expectations, she is ripe for a more senior role in management, not just at the front desk. And special thanks to Natasha too, also a very present help. The room was very small but clean and well kept. The location was superb: food is right here at Leicester Square & Covent Garden, for entertainment.. theatres literally next door and across the street; the Leicester Tube station is <5 min walk, and more! We would go back again, but we would make sure BOSIA is there first! Thank you, BOSIA!
