Room is the size of the cupboard, there's not enough space for legs on the bed, but the location is superb. Breakfast was nice, but the fire alarm kept ringing two days in a row, I asked to clean the room and returned only to find that all the towels were gone etc.

Omiha was honestly so lovely. she was so friendly and easy to talk to. You can tell she genuinely cares about the people she serves. She made me feel really welcome and definitely made my visit better. Thank you Omiha, keep being you!

Omiha was amazing! We had such a lovely chat and she was incredibly calm genuine and welcoming. It can be really difficult to find people in hospitality who make you feel this comfortable and valued.

This is the worst hotel experience I have had in 20 years, please find somewhere else. The room was dirty, noisy, ribbed of almost every comfort, service was non-existant and information was poor at best. And this cost me over 300GBP a night. The hotel’s only saving grace is its great location by Bank tube station, but I would much rather spend time on a cramped tube than stay here one more night. Just terrible.
