  It was a good experience to stay there the room I stayed was so good and clean and also the staff was so good and helpful and the location of this hotel is also good easy to find I would recommend to everyone to stay there they would love their experience.

  This hotel is in a relatively good location. However it comes with a lot of surprises. Firstly was the Cadbury chocolate buttons on the bed and the poo left over the toilet. We got the house keeper to clean the poo off the toilet, she was very embarrassed, was very apologetic and quickly ran out after wiping it a few times. Not realising there was still more poo on the toilet. I had to clean the poo myself off the toilet. The whole stay my partner and I felt discomfort knowing the rooms hadn’t been clean enough. Whoever left it there in the first place thank you we will never be staying here again. The breakfast was a positive experience, the food was a good price for London and good quality food. Multiple varieties and you weren’t going to be left feeling hungry.

  I really want to like this place. The staff would often be absent, hiding in a back room somewhere. However, when we did have interactions with them, they were very nice. The rooms were tiny as expected. We had three rooms here for our group, so our experiences were difference but they were all meh. Overall the place needs to be cleaned. I mean vacuum the carpet! The elevator room off the lobby smelled of urine and haven’t been vacuumed in months. Our room carpet was grimy and stained. One room had no water pressure, one room’s air conditioning was dying. The location is decent so that was a plus.
