  Do tre stelle solo per la posizione. Ho appena soggiornato in questo hotel per 3 notti ma se non fosse per la comodità e la vicinanza a stazione e al centro ne meriterebbe di meno. Innanzitutto personale assente, sia all'arrivo che alla partenza non ho visto nessuno alla reception, ma nemmeno durante il soggiorno, tranne la ragazza cordiale e gentile della sala colazione..se uno aveva un problema non so come poteva fare, considerando che non c'è nemmeno il telefono in camera. Per quanto riguarda la stanza ho apprezzato solo la grandezza...già il fatto che non si potessero aprire le finestre e far entrare aria fresca è un grosso aspetto negativo per me, stare con l'aria condizionata perennemente accesa fa male e dopo 3 giorni non ne potevo più. La colazione buona e con ampia varietà di scelta.

  I've been a regular and happy user of Premier Inn - both for business and pleasure - for many years, but no longer. This stay (£300+ for 1 night) was simply appalling. Room 11 vibrates constantly. I asked for another room immediately upon check in and was refused on the basis that the hotel was full. I asked to speak to the manager who refused ("I will speak to him in the morning"...kind of defeats the object!). I then found out that the Good Night Sleep Guarantee (I got about 3 hours) is simply worthless as Premier Inn simply deflected and obfuscated at every point of the process (including claiming that they have not received the audio recording despite their email confirmation that they had!). I don't like leaving negative reviews but have given Premier Inn every opportunity to remedy this for me and future users of room 11. Beware.

  Merhaba.Ekim ayı ilk haftası konakladığımız.Primer İnn Victoria otel konumu itibarı ile bize çok kolaylık sağladı.tren istasyonu ,metro ,otobüs duraklarına yakın olması iyiydi.Personel olarak bizim girişimizi yapan resepsiyon çalışanına ve restorant çalışanı Pearl ‘e Yardımcı olmalarından dolayı çok teşekkürler.

  Recently returned from a 2 night stay with my mum at Premier Inn Victoria. We always stay here when visiting London. The hotel is located in a quiet area that feels safe. It's just a 5 minute walk to Victoria station. There are lots of bars and restaurants nearby and a Sainsburys supermarket just round the corner. We recieved a very warm, friendly welcome from Jas at check in. When we entered our room, the staff had arranged a bottle of wine with 2 glasses, a large bar of chocolate and a card on the dressing table to welcome us back. What a lovely touch! The room itself was clean and comfortable and we had a great nights sleep on both nights. Breakfast was great. An unlimited buffet, cooked and continental. Everything was perfectly cooked and nicely presented. We were greeted each morning in the breakfast room by Julia. She was so friendly and cheerful. A perfect start to the day! Thankyou to all the staff for making this another very enjoyable stay! 🙂

  My sister and I stayed here for 3 nights at the weekend (Fri 4th til Mon 7th Sept) and we really enjoyed our stay. The area was quiet and we felt very safe. It's only a few minutes walk from both Victoria Underground and Victoria coach station. Although the building in places shows it age (paint peeling etc) any areas we saw or used were clean and tidy. Bedroom and ensuite: Both were spotless. Bed was really comfy and there were extra pillows in the room. There was a kettle with the usual tea/coffee etc but with proper glass mugs instead of the small white tea cups - which I much prefer. The shower was hot and you could adjust the power to your own preference. The towels were nice and thick & fluffy. Breakfast: Angela was on each morning and was very attentive, friendly and bubbly. She took great care of everyone. The food was amazing, lots of choice and all the cooked food was hot and nothing was greasy. A huge THANK YOU to Lule, who was a truly lovely lady. She made my breakfast every morning due to my food allergy and she makes THE BEST porridge, she made sure I was well fed every morning, which really set me up for each day. She regularly checked and replenished all the food items, making sure everything was plentiful and fresh, a real asset to the hotel. Dinner: We ate in the hotel on our 1st night (Friday). The restaurant wasn't busy, only 2 other tables being used. Unfortunately there were a few issues - items from the menu were unavailable, the service from the kitchen was slow and food not hot. It was a disappointment but we just ate elsewhere in the evening. This did not affect the overall pleasure of our stay and we do plan to return again in the near future MJ McKee
