  Its a Premiere Inn, you get what you expect, better than a Travelodge, not as good as a Hilton. Room was slightly tired and toilet paper dispenser positioned so that it restricted me as a larger chap sitting on the toilet. We booked a premier room and were downgraded to a standard twin on arrival, while a complimentary bottle of wine was given to us I would rather have had the room we booked.

  Francess, the manager is wonderful. Nothing too difficult for her to handle and always had solutions not roadblocks. Totally runs a great staff as well with everyone giving the same high level of service whether at the front desk, bar or in the dining room. She sets the standard and it is obvious all follow her lead and example. The Inn is located at a central location to the city and all types of transport. We loved it over the two different times we stayed with Premier Inn London Victoria Hotel. I highly recommend this as a place to stay while visiting London.

  Buen hotel para pocos dias, para dormir y visitar londres. Cerca de Victoria Station, ideal para visitar londres en metro y bus y con conexion por tren a Gatwick. El desayuno es recomendable si vas con niños, ya que es gratis para ellos si el adulto paga el suyo. No tiene mucha variedad, pero para lps españoles nos vale, y en el exterior, aunque hay muchos bares, no vas a encontrar nada en cuanto a cantidad-precio. Lo peor: el personal, te hacen esperar, no son muy eficientes, excepto la camarera Julia, siempre pendiente, reponiendo, recogiendo, limpiando, super trabajadora y tenia el buffet de deayunos muy bien preparado, todo lo contrario a cuando no estaba ella.

  We have recently had a 1 night stay at the London Victoria premier inn and we were very happy with the service we received! In particular Jaspreet who checked us into our room, she was polite and friendly and this continued onto when she was on reception for breakfast the following morning. The room was clean and tidy and exactly what we needed! Jaspreet is a credit to the premier inn brand

  Hotel vicinissimo la stazione di victoria e alla metro, noi ci arrivavamo sempre a piedi in 3 minuti... colazione ottima, c'era la tipica colazione salata inglese ma anche il dolce (cornetti, pancake, cereali, latte ecc...) colazione abbondante. Per le gite fuori porta, ad esempio Stonehenge, abbiamo chiesto dei contenitori allo staff per portare i panini che potevamo comporre alla colazione. Vicino l'hotel sono situati vari pub e ristoranti, noi abbiamo mangiato lì la sera, consigliamo specialmente lo Stone & Grill, ristorante con piatti italiani e molto abbondanti e prezzi contenuti, a 2 minuti a piedi dall'hotel. Staff molto accogliente e sempre gentile e disponibile per qualsiasi cosa. Hotel veramente bello e comodo, ve lo consigliamo.
