  Centrally located and easy to find. Several car parks conveniently located around the hotel. Self service booking in system on arrival, however we received first class service from Vishi who assisted us to book into all our rooms. Rooms are spacious, clean and the beds are comfy. We had booked an accessible room which had excellant facilities and plenty of room for manovering a wheelchair. Rooms are competitively priced, and we had an excellant deal by booking well in advance. Would definately stay again.

  A lovely hotel in the town centre of Kingston. Very good view of all around Kingston town centre and Fairfield park. Close to shopping centre, restaurants and river side. The Kingston station is just in walking distance.

  A very outdated and in need of a tidy hotel. A refurbished is needed ASAP. Location is good and staff on the ball.
