I had a very pleasant stay at Premier Inn London Heathrow Terminal 4 and would highly recommend this hotel. The rooms were comfortable, and quiet, making it an excellent choice.
I would especially like to recognize Ms. Aleksandra, who assisted with the breakfast service. She was exceptionally kind, welcoming, and attentive to every guest. Her positive attitude, professionalism, and genuine willingness to help made each morning a wonderful experience. She truly went above and beyond to ensure that everyone felt welcome and well taken care of.
Thank you, Aleksandra, for your outstanding service and warm hospitality. You are a great asset to the hotel, and I hope to see you again on my next visit.

Booking was made by the airline when flights were cancelled. Premier Inn coped amazingly well with a large number of unexpected guests. Room was as expected, clean and comfortable but no luxuries. Restaurant was very busy but food was fine. Service by Deepti was exceptional. She kept our sprits up as well as ensuring everyone was served as quickly as possible.
Don't underestimate how far this hotel is from terminals 2 and 3. It took us at least 30 minutes to get to the hotel after our flight. It involves a lot of walking, going up and down elevators and escalators, and taking an underground train. The hotel is very dark and the configuration is strange. You can't open the windows in the rooms, but I must admit that it's the most soundproofed airport hotel I've ever stayed in. You can't hear any noise from outside. The food at the restaurant is wretchedly bad. Two or three stars, depending on your standards. I had to deduct a point for gross, smelly food.
Wow wow & wow again a Plane spotters Dream location, definitely book a room with view to maximise this hotels amazing location , direct access to Heathrow T4 , amazing staff , 24hr Costa. There restaurant the thyme has delicious burgers and a great portion I opted for the complete meal add totally worth it , clean rooms. Spacious and nice bathroom. Soft comfortable bed and the view of L2 runway is perfect soundproofing is unreal I couldn't even hear a pin drop let alone an A380 jets .... I will be returning for a few days next week. Oh they have a small gym , convenience of vending machines, departures boards and a carpark. I'm mean maybe this beautiful Gem should be a 4 star.
I travel through LHR multiple times a year and this has become my favourite of all the LHR hotels. On the practical side, there's a free train transfer from T2/3 & 5 followed by a covered walkway right to the hotel. Bus stop outside the door runs every 20 mins or less to T5 and Hatton Cross Underground. Elizabeth Line into Central London may seem expensive but if you use it both ways it is part of the daily cap (for those who know how the transport fares work). I use the hotel as a cheaper alternative to staying in the centre, The service standard for a budget hotel is really extemporary though. The entire team are dedicated and hard working, really looking out for guests at every turn. Star of the show is Deepti at the bar/restaurant, who not only remembers me every time but never stops working for a minute and keeps me entertained late into the night with her humour (and tolerates my humour in return). Restaurant food is surprisingly good and there is a 24hr Costa on site if you arrive back late. Bar is open till the early hours which can be a welcome bonus if you arrive late. As an aviation lover, I pay the extra for a "Premier Plus with view" room, which is the next best thing to being in the control tower. Premier Plus rooms also have a fridge. As we left for T4, the doorman stopped us at the entrance to the tunnel to check that we'd enjoyed our stay and wished us a pleasant trip. I honestly feel like a house guest every time I return, which is saying something for an airport hotel handling thousands of travelers a month. Other hotels could learn a thing or two from the team here.
