  Wonderful and attentive staff throughout my stay. Fantastic location, with two underground stations within walking distance as well as a shopping centre. Easy access to main attractions in Central London. The rooms are simple, clean and functional. The breakfast offerings were varied and staff were constantly busy making sure everyone was looked after. Will definitely stay again.

  The forth floor smelled like a retirement home, it stank. No real other way to discribe it. The room was ok, tiniest of window so no natural light able to get in. The only saving grace is the location, was ideal for my visit to the area

  Great location, right by Hammersmith Broadway on the District line. Easy access to main attractions in Central London. Breakfast good. Will definitely stay again.

  The location is excellent, but the food is very disappointing. Almost everything is fried and greasy. There are no basic cold breakfast options for bread - no sliced cheese, ham, or cream cheese, and no fresh vegetables at all. The only vegetable available is a grilled tomato, so the breakfast feels very heavy. Even the scrambled eggs taste artificial and don't even come with chives. The only bread options are wholemeal and white toast - there is no regular fresh bread. If you prefer a sweet breakfast, there are croissants, pancakes, yogurt, and muesli. As for the rooms, the touchscreen panel for controlling the air conditioning is quite clunky and not very user-friendly. Other than that, the beds are comfortable, and I liked that the hairdryer is located in the entrance area rather than in the bathroom.

  Schönes Hotel mit ausgezeichnetem Preis/Leistungsverhältnis. Zimmer sind sauber und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Das Frühstücksbuffet bietet eine große Auswahl vor allem englischen Frühstücks. Die Mitarbeiter sind freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist perfekt in der Nähe der Hammersmith Underground Station, von wo man innerhalb 30 Minuten sowohl am Heathrow Airport als auch in der Innenstadt ist. Außerdem gibt es einige Menge Einkaufs- und Einkehrmöglichkeiten in der Umgebung.
