Breakfast was not as good as normal. The orange juice was warm and always nearly empty. The apple juice was never got topped up . They was using jugs as the machine had been stripped . There was no white bread and the brown bread only had a few slice . The drinks machine was out of milk did not get topped up so was down to one machine .
I was very disappointed with it . There was nobody about to ask , I understand it was busy but once the breakfasy closed there was 4 staff cleaning what was left away and then they cleaned the apple and orange juice despening machine after the breakfast was over . Won't be going back there again very disappointed.
It's was dirty and dated could do with a good clean
I could not wait to leave.
I checked out a day early because the noise levels were simply intolerable. I would really appreciate a partial refund.
From early morning until late afternoon there were children repeatedly running and stamping around on the floor above, along with constant corridor noise on my floor. Furniture was being dragged across rooms, doors were slamming, and guests were shouting as they walked past. It had the atmosphere and presence of a Social housing block. Due to the ASB I was unable to rest, sleep properly, or work during my stay.
I also noticed that the petrol flap cover on my car was left half open after parking in the hotel car park overnight. It had definitely been closed before my arrival, which left me concerned that someone may have tampered with my vehicle.
The room itself felt dark, dated and worn, with holes, cracked walls and damaged skirting boards.
The bathroom was clean, the king-size bed was extremely comfortable, and the bedding was fresh and spotless. The air conditioning was also welcome in the heat, although somewhat noisy, while the shower pressure was disappointingly weak.
The restaurant was another let-down. I ordered fish and chips and, after a lengthy wait, it arrived cold. The fish was dry and overcooked, the chips were soggy. The staff member taking food orders was abrupt and unfriendly when I asked a polite question about the menu, but enthusiastically greeted other customers with a warm greeting and a big smile!
When I explained to reception that I was checking out a day early, the response felt dismissive. I was simply given a phone number for Guest Relations and little interest was shown in understanding why I was leaving.
If you are looking for a quiet, modern, comfortable and relaxing hotel experience, I would strongly recommend avoiding Premier Inn Enfield.
First and last visit.

Done a weekend here the stay was cheap got checked in headed to our room noticed on the way certain hallways were quite dirty dust crumbs etc upon entering our room we seen our room window couldn’t be opened but there was a sticker on the window stating fresh air was sent to our room via fan in the ceiling which constantly made noise all day and night.
The bed was comfortable, room carpet also was full of dust beside the headboard lampshades on either side of beds hadn’t been dusted in a while either onto the bathroom toilet seat was mounted badly with a screw when we turned the shower on there was a leak right at the head.
We were awoken at 9:00 am Saturday by guests jumping on the floor above us (our ceiling) not a lot of sound insulation.
We didn’t eat at this hotel but other than that our stay wasn’t the worst

UPDATE AFTER COMPLETING OUR STAY:
I originally left a 5-star review after a member of reception specifically asked both me and my wife to leave 5-star reviews. At the time I wanted to be polite and supportive. However, after completing our eight-night stay, I no longer feel my original review accurately reflected our overall experience, so I have updated it.
Not recommended for families, especially if you need refrigeration
Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with our family stay at Premier Inn London Enfield.
Our room had cleanliness and housekeeping issues, and the bathroom sink was not draining properly when I arrived. During our stay, we also had problems getting the room properly serviced, including towels, rubbish and bedding.
One of the biggest problems for us as a family was that there was no mini fridge in the family room. My daughter had prescribed liquid antibiotics that needed to be kept refrigerated. Reception offered to keep the medicine in their fridge, but this was inconvenient because we needed regular access to it. I was told that rooms with mini fridges were Premier Plus rooms, but suitable family rooms were not available.
This is particularly important for families travelling with young children who may need refrigeration. We were told that mini fridges are only available in Premier Plus rooms, but Premier Plus rooms were not available as family rooms for our family size. This meant there was no suitable family-room option with an in-room fridge. Families who need regular access to refrigerated medication, milk or other items should be aware of this limitation before booking.
Housekeeping and the breakfast experience were also disappointing, and overall I did not feel the stay represented good value.
I was also uncomfortable that a member of staff specifically asked both me and my wife to leave separate 5-star reviews and said she needed three reviews by the end of the day. After reflecting on our actual experience, I have changed my review so that it accurately represents our stay.
Unfortunately, based on our experience, I would not recommend this hotel for a family stay.

We had a very disappointing experience at Premier Inn Enfield, London.
We had paid in advance for four nights. Unfortunately, the standard and condition of the room were below what we reasonably expected. It was particularly very hot summer but there was no fridge in the room. We refused to check into the room and raised our concerns straight away with the reception staff and asked whether an upgrade or an alternative room could be provided, but we were told that no other room was available.
As we were unhappy with the accommodation, we requested a refund so that we could find alternative accommodation. This request was refused. As a compromise, and in an effort to resolve the matter reasonably, we offered to forfeit the cost of one night and asked for a refund for the remaining three nights. This was also refused.
We then asked the reception staff if we could speak with another member of staff or a manager in the hope of finding a resolution. Unfortunately, this request was also refused, and the reception staff eventually stopped engaging with us.
We were therefore left with no practical option but to leave the hotel. We lost the full payment for four nights and, at the same time, had to incur the additional expense of paying for alternative accommodation elsewhere in London.
We found the entire experience extremely disappointing, not only because of the condition of the room, but also because we felt that our reasonable attempts to resolve the matter were not properly addressed. We have formally put in a complaint. We received a response still refusing to make any refund. We disagree with that decision and have asked that they review it.
We hope Premier Inn will review the circumstances of our stay and reconsider its decision regarding a refund.
