  Unable to self check in after three, said room was not ready so had to queue up in horrendous heat to check in. Only one bath towel and one hand towel was provided for a booking for two people. Asked for another towel on the way out for the evening but this was not delivered. There was also a sticky patch on the floor and overall not the cleanest Premier Inn room.

  It's was amazing experience with premier Inn to stayed, room was very clean with peaceful environment also staff was very helpfull and supportive, breakfast was delicious 😋 Must stay if you looking for to stay around here. Thank you !!!

  We had a very pleasant stay with my family at this hotel in Edgware. Very nice atmosphere lovely hard working staff Our room was very clean, fresh and Thanks to Cristina the house keeping manager with her team kept our room super clean throughout our stay. Rafy at reception always smiled and was so happy to help. This will be our place for next time staying in Edgware. We highly recommend

  a wonderful and pleasant stay, exceptional service from Ali and Ashir at breakfast who were super friendly and welcoming and provided a great experience. Breakfast lovely and fresh and rooms were clean and accommodating. would 100% recommend

  One of the worst nights sleep ever. The noise in the room from some fan in the building was unbearable. It is a very tired hotel which needs a considerable amount of money spending on it. Nothing like the adverts one sees. Complete misrepresentation.
