  Location ideal for working at the ford factory. Rooms have fan based heating so noisy. The heating/Aircon doesn't seem to work properly. Need to notify at reception each day you want your room cleaned even if you put the freshen up notice outside your room. Biological mementos left by previous guests. Windows don't open. Lifts not working for all 5 days I was there.

  A hotel I absolutely do not recommend. Our stay has been extremely disappointing. We have now been at this hotel for three days and, since our arrival, both elevators have been out of order and have still not been repaired. This is particularly difficult for families with young children, babies, or anyone who has difficulty using the stairs. The breakfast is also very disappointing. Every morning, several items are unavailable, especially croissants, which are constantly out of stock. For a hotel welcoming guests every day, the organisation of the breakfast service is simply not acceptable. The reception staff are, fortunately, pleasant and professional. However, the restaurant staff are very unpleasant and unwelcoming, which makes the overall experience even more disappointing. After three days, there has been no improvement regarding the elevators, and there are still serious issues with the breakfast and the service. I would not recommend this hotel and would advise travellers to think carefully before booking.

  A good place, and the staff are excellent. The only issue is that parking is not free.

  **Stay here at you own Risk** Stayed here for an event from the 31st of July to the 2nd of Aug. 2 cars were stolen in less than 48hrs and one was broken into. One of the cars belonged to the a friend. One of the receptionist said 'its happened before'. Really 😳! And what have you done about it?

  Van broken into, one of many. Premier inn guest relations have no interest at all, do not tell me you take them seriously. I have a newborn baby at home, try to work my hardest to provide for my family, get my van damaged and broken into. Cctv proves this and yet was met with someone at guest relations saying my night wasnt effected so theres nothing they are doing.
