  I took the number 85 bus from Nine Elms tube station, which 8 stops away, and the bus does stop right outside the hotel, all be it across the road. I received a very warm and lovely welcome from Frezer ( I am sure that is how you spell her name), who was more than happy to assist me with all my enquiries. I have not had chance to explore the are and amenities around the hotel yet, but with it being located on the main road, it is pleasantly quite.

  Wszyscy którzy chcą zarezerwować pobyt w tym hotelu powinni o tym wiedzieć, że nie można otworzyć okna w żadnym z pokojów. Są zablokowane, jest strasznie duszno i wilgotno, te pokoje nigdy nie są wietrzone, bo nie ma jak tego zrobić. Klimatyzacja nie jest w stanie tego wykonać. Śniadanie monotonne, codziennie to samo. Brak warzyw. Czy tak trudno pokroić pomidora, ogórka? Wystawić ser żółty oraz szynkę? Podać normalny chleb, bułkę, zamiast chleba tostowego? Nie polecam pobytu w tym hotelu! Jedyny pozytyw to obsługa, robią co mogą, by w tym śmierdzącym hotelu jakoś to funkcjonowało.

  ​⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 10/10 Stay – Exceptional Hospitality & Outstanding Service! ​We had a fantastic stay at Premier Inn London Chalfont. The family room was wonderfully spacious, spotless, and featured very comfortable beds and clean bathrooms. ​What truly made our stay special was the exceptional team: ​Rashmi (Reception): Super welcoming and gave us brilliant directions and local travel recommendations. ​Praveen (Chef) & Karamoh Seasay (Restaurant Staff): Showed warm hospitality and gave us great advice on navigating London. ​Malick Seasay (Manager): Went above and beyond on our check-out day. He securely stored our luggage while we attended an appointment and guided us on bus routes, cab options, and getting to Euston Station. ​To top it off, when I accidentally forgot my AirPods in the room, the staff immediately secured them and helped get them delivered back to me. ​This is customer service at its finest. Highly recommended!

  Perfect location for a visit to London. Very popular bus routes nearby took us everywhere. The staff deserve 5 stars for their service, Steve the chef was great and set aside an egg especially for my Daughter every morning which made her day.

  Great hotel in an ideal location for us. The best thing about the hotel is the amazing team of staff. All of them were great at customer service but big shout to Frazer, Navid and Lukas the Kitchen Manager who define Hospitality! Recommended
