  Hotel room was clean and the bed comfortable, but starting to get a little shabby in places - smelt of damp (presumably from the Aircon). Automated check-in didn't work for me, but helpful manger managed to do it.

  We had an amazing stay ,we come for my birthday and i was surprised ro find flowers and chocolate in the room Room was very clean and bed very comfy, staff very nice and helpful, also dinner was nice with loads of choices! Highly recommend, thank to all the staff for making my birthday special!

  I had a very pleasant stay at Premier Inn. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The bed was extremely comfortable, and I had a great night's sleep. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help with any questions. The hotel was quiet, and the location was convenient, with easy access to local attractions and transport links. Overall, I was very impressed with the quality of service and value for money. I would definitely stay at Premier Inn again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and reliable hotel.

  The room was lovely, and the location is excellent for the 02. It's a bus ride away, and the bus stops are very close to the hotel! I would also like to give a special thank you to Maliele, who was extremely helpful after I had forgotten something in the room. They were very quick to come up with a solution and sent my speaker back to me. Very grateful!! :)

  Stayed here for 2 nights recently with my husband and two young daughters in a family room, as we had passport renewal appointments for our girls at the USA Embassy. Lovely friendly staff, great breakfast, comfy beds, quiet room facing a side street rather than the busy main road. The US Embassy is easily accessible by bus. The only thing I'd improve is if the air conditioning in the room was a bit stronger. However there was a 34 degree heatwave, so I suppose it's asking a bit much! We will be back in five years for our next USA passport renewals :-)
