  Ally at the front desk was amazing she was so helpful and managed to save us a taxi ride. She was kind and funny even though we interrupted her dinner. Thank you so much

  My partner is disabled & the disabled room we booked was great! However the hotel seemed a bit tired, it needs to be updated. The breakfast was average. Staff were friendly & accommodating.
