  We stay in a lot of premier inns and all I can say is how amazing the staff were at this site. Drew was so friendly and helpful and made the visit extra special for my 2 kids. The room seemed bigger than some rooms we have stayed in. My kids loved the activity sheet left in room and the colouring pages and crayons they could help themselves to at the front desk. Breakfast was freshly made and once again the staff were lovely in there as well. Can not fault anything.

  Had a great stay always so helpful breakfast was lovely served by jannine who is a lovely lady who served us with a friendly smile and very warm service food was beautiful thanks chef Ollie good variety definitely going to return Thanks all

  Service is horrendous, no people skills and very ignorant staff. Food is below average even for a premier inn. When asking for my food to be re done - it was reheated and exact same food brought back out. I had a horrendous room with a dirty toilet on arrival, no pillow cases on my pillows. This hotel is in dire need of fresh management and better staff training. 110% recommend the cleethorpes premier inn instead - staff are amazing and very welcoming.

  Was very surprised at the difference in price between this particular location and the Cleethorpes one,double..so was expecting for this one to be lesser of an experience, well I was pleasantly surprised. Service was fantastic,room again..nothing to fault,breakfast was lovely,all in all a pleasant experience for a great price.Bed was comfy,it was surprisingly quiet given the location.Woukd I go again? Absolutely would..cheaper doesn't always mean less of a service 🙂
