Unfortunately not the best stay but far from the worst. Parking was full at front and back, not great with a 1 year old and a 3 year old! Luckily there is parking outside the car park. Check in process was easy as long as you are generally okay with technology. I spoke to a staff member who was friendly and helpful. The room itself was clean and big enough it was the quad room. Sadly the shower pressure was absolutely abysmal. I might as well just sprayed a bottle of water on me it was that bad. We only had one towel for 4 of us hence the quad room despite me mentioning at time of booking. Tea and coffee facilities here and the usual television but no fridge. Beds comfortable and nice bedding air con worked so that was good too. I would stay again but not in this particular room

Had a lovely stay at Premier Inn Melton Mowbray. The hotel was clean, comfortable and welcoming, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout. The room was lovely, the bed was really comfortable, and everything was just what we needed for a relaxing stay. The location was great too. Overall, a fantastic experience and great value for money. Would definitely recommend and happily stay here again! 😊

Everything is “optimised” to cost costs - size of toilet paper, water pressure reduced, heating goes off during the night, the sausages, the low WiFi speed. No windows in room so extremely stuffy, no blinds on windows so you dress in front of the local car dealership.
