  Business stay , easy parking next door , staff are great , nice bar with a good atmosphere , Becky brilliant and Sandra on breakfast just the best

  Bed still good but sink plug was jammed so careful with water use, no comfortable chair and hole in desk top. Cooked breakfast cold, baked beans as if out of can. Continental good. Dinner mediocre ham overcooked but eggs spot on, red wine dreadful. Poor area, parking to pay £7/24hrs. Would not go back.

  Their free wifi does not work at all, and there’s no phone signal for 4G. You can be nickel and dimed for their “premium” wifi but their website when trying wasn’t really working either (also it just leaves a super sour taste in your mouth). Just super disappointing for a hotel’s wifi to not even work.

  I'm not at all happy with the way this Premier Inn is managed and won't be back - it is the worst one I've ever used, after staying at double digit number of locations. They can't seem to handle back to back reservations without messing it up and then interrupting your stay / coming in the room (even if you tell them boy in advance and on check in), they can't seem to keep the keycard activated for the full stay, they lock the toilets at the bar and then don't have sufficient staff available to open them quickly, and the bathroom in the room smelt. I've had none of these problems at other Premier Inns so there is clearly something wrong with the management at this location. I will point out that the staff are very polite and pleasant but sadly that isn't enough to offset the clear signs of poor management.

  Very good. The price was about £50. The car park opposite was about £7 for 24 hours. The breakfast was very good. Only feedback, the HDMI port did not work on the TV. Also, our room (room 1) was next to the men’s toilet so you hear the hand dryer, and the soft close fire doors were really good 90% of away, and slammed the last 10%. So as long as you don’t have a room right next to the toilet or the fire doors, I would highly recommend this hotel.
