There are four of us staying here for 4 weeks while attending a business course, and the hotel was booked for us. We’re certainly glad it was! The hotel is very comfortable, and we’ve all enjoyed coming back here in the evenings to have a great nights sleep on the famous premier inn beds. 🛌 😴 Everything has made our stay enjoyable. A very special mention to Demi, who has been absolutely fantastic! Nothing has ever been too much trouble for her. She has been so accommodating, helpful and genuinely friendly throughout our stay. Whatever we’ve needed, she’s always been happy to help, going out of her way to make sure we’re comfortable and looked after. She’s made us feel so welcome and is a real credit to the hotel. Also, a big thank you to Daniel in the dining room at breakfast. Such a lovely, friendly man who always greets us with a smile. It’s lovely to see a friendly face first thing in the morning, and his warm manner really makes a difference. And a big shout out to all the housekeepers who continually keep the hotel spotless. Thank you to everyone for making our stay so enjoyable. We would happily return!

Dirty stained carpets and chair in room. Dirty chairs in restaurant and waited over an hour for food to arrive. A shambles.

It's my 2nd time here and it was a really lovely stay. The rooms were clean and comfy. The beds were nice to sleep in, and they provide heating and a fan to account for all types of weather. The location is convenient for getting around the city. The adjoining restaraunt is also very nice, the food is good and the staff friendly. Would stay here again👍
