Comfortable, good sized room. Hotel is right next to the railway station. I was travelling with my baby and the hotel provided a free travel cot.

I had a really good stay at the Premier Inn Leicester City Centre! I liked the central location to the station and the availability of dining nearby, as well as local bus links (like the Hop! and Novus bus services) from the train station bus stops. The accessible room I had was on the 7th floor. Not the most ideal situation in case of an emergency and a lift was out whilst I was staying there, but I was asked about a fire plan when I checked in and the lift was fixed in a sensible time frame. The room was clean and spacious for my powerchair and the roll-in wet room was perfect for my needs. Red cords were also hanging free when I arrived as well (👍👍👍). I was a little disappointed no one was able to help me down with my bags from my room to the lobby area, but after talking to the staff about the situation (they couldn’t leave the front desk unattended, which is fair), it was quickly resolved by finding a suitable workaround. Another difficulty for me accessibility wise was the door to the lift area. This was really difficult as a powerchair user and had to ask a lot of other residents to help me out with it. If you could make it automatic or have a lighter door, this would be a point to improve on. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and the staff were ever so helpful. Only really lost a star for accessibility reasons but other than that, I’d stay here again if I’m ever back in the area! 😁 (Also, nothing really to do with the hotel (-ish), but I had a brilliant view from my window of one of the inflatables as part of the Halloween trail around Leicester during my stay. Loved it!)

The hotel room was pleasant but nothing luxurious I'd say a nice, standard room. The restaurant downstairs was absolutely amazing, the food was delicious we did the meal deal 2 courses for £27.99 with breakfast included amazing value! The waitress was so helpful and lovely, Keanna/Leanna (wasn't sure what it said on the card) but the staff were really welcoming. Would definitely come here again!

Can't help the location, it was just a little far out for us to wheel/walk. The rooms were spacey (premier plus accessible) unfortunately it was only set up for one person despite the booking being for two, although this was quickly fixed with extra towels etc. The restaurant was on the ground floor with again well spaced tables and they were at a good height for my chair. Breakfast was standard premier in buffet although if I was alone I feel I would have struggled to access the counters.

last minute booking on a monday night and the service was top notch! only a 3 minute walk from the train station and a cosy room for the night you can't go wrong really. between booking it and arriving it was about 10 minutes and our room was ready to go. the two duty managers on were spot on, i didnt catch names but they were so chatty and friendly! in the morning me and my boyfriend had the breakfast and it was spot on, everything was cooked perfectly and paulines service was attentive and warm! would definitely reccomend this site if you are staying in leicester
