  We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. It is in an excellent location, and the staff truly make the experience exceptional. A special mention goes to Paula at breakfast, who is always welcoming, highly organised, and incredibly helpful. Her friendly and professional approach consistently ensures that guests feel well looked after. The outstanding service provided by the team is a real credit to the hotel, and we would happily recommend it to others.

  I have not received the room yet but the process to book it in person is ridiculous. You should be able to book a room without an email or phone number. And just money. It makes no sense and if there’s staff present and a room free then I should be able to stay in said room no matter the time. For an allocated time. It is nothing to do with the local staff only an admin corporate problem with the company as a whole.

  Staying in Leicester 2 nights a week for last couple of months and using this hotel. staff are extremely welcoming and helpful, definitely worth upgrading to the Plus rooms. I have to give a special shout out for Keanna who was very tolerant with me when I was struggling to decide what to eat in the restaurant...

  The experience with Toni at reception was disappointing. We found her communication rude. A little more kindness and customer care would have made a big difference to our stay. We had also requested room service, but this wasn’t followed through, which was frustrating. Kindly spare a good 30 minutes for the elevator , as they are dead slow !!!!
