  Comfortable rooms, super beds, showers excellent, fluffy towels. Good reception staff. However, we had requested interconnecting rooms but were not given this. It was a specific and important part of the booking. We are daughter, toddler and newborn travelling together. Idea was that toddler could come into me to give my daughter a much needed night’s sleep, albeit interrupted by night feeds. My poor daughter is exhausted today- 6 am start. We were told we’d have interconnecting rooms but on arrival the receptionist said there were none. Another product of a central booking line in another country who are happy to accept payment but do t have proper knowledge of facilities. This morning’s lovely receptionist was really sympathetic and could see the request in the system. She refunded our two breakfasts but suggested feedback requesting a partial refund. My daughter has a full on day today visiting her grandmother and is soo tired. Our booking ref AKL8549054 Thanks Jenny

  Staff here are very helpful, friendly and go above and beyond to help their guests, yet remain professional at all times. We have stayed here a few times and the girls in the restaurant remember who we are each time we've been Quiet location, rooms clean and beds very comfortable. Highly recommend for a couple of nights stay 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

  I would actually give this less. Short staff. Initially looked at my food on the counter for over 15 minutes. I felt like walking and getting it myself. Not impressed at all. Will NOT be staying here again. Poor service.

  The hotel itself and rooms are really nice. Lovely bath, good shower, warm enough and very comfy.... and decaff tea available too! Seems crazy that, that needs celebrating! Only looses a star as breakfast is poor. Its ok enough but not all that is on the list is available including the vegetarian bacon etc.... no decaff coffee at breakfast either!
