  Unfortunately they mixed my food order up and had to wait for over an hour,apart from the kitchen messing up the rest of the staff where very friendly and helpful with good humour

  Even with our last-minute-diverted-flight booking the staff were amazing and so easy to deal with. Room available, clean, and the staff at breakfast could not have been more accommodating.

  Mostly this hotel provides what you would expect from a Premier Inn. Cooked breakfasts are made to order rather than being set out on a buffet. This may improve quality, but if there is only one waitress on duty, it can take an age for your breakfast order to be taken. Something to note if you have a morning flight to catch.

  I booked this hotel during the recent heatwave despite the location not being exactly what I needed, explicitly because it advertised air conditioning. However I would not call the dilapidated unit on the wall with the broken control panel, faintly wheezing out warm air like an asthmatic pensioner 'aircon'. I did go to reception to complain but the young man on duty did not even give the pretence of caring - instead far more interested in concentrating his eyes on the young lady behind me. I gave up and resigned myself to a sweaty, uncomfortable night.

  The room was clean, the service (at reception on check in and at the restaurant in the morning for breakfast was very good, with the staff both helpful and attentive - so no complaints from my perspective or that of my family. The location was a bit out of the way for me, but close to the motorway, so serves a purpose and will be quite convenient for some.
