  I know you get what you pay for, yes I knew that they didn't have air-con, yes I knew you could only open the window two inches. But even with a supplied fan the room was still unbearable in the heat. Shower didn't work properly either, although this wasn't the end of the world. The one thing that I got from the experience is I think premiere inn is going to struggle without upgrading their hotels. I'm going to think twice about booking in the summer.

  I’ve been staying at Premier Inn Flagstaff, Ashby-de-la-Zouch on and off for the last two or three years, and it always feels welcoming. The hotel is consistently comfortable, clean, and a great place to stay when I’m working in the area. What really makes the difference for me is Fay and Vickie on reception. She genuinely can’t do enough for me and always goes above and beyond to make sure I’m looked after. Nothing is ever too much trouble, and she always makes me feel welcome when I arrive. Customer service like that is hard to find these days, and it’s one of the main reasons I keep coming back. A big thank you to Fay and Vickie for always making my stays such a positive experience. Highly recommended.

  I stay most weeks for work purposes Vicky and Faye are always very welcoming polite and professional The rooms are clean and the food is good
