  Premier inns are not what they used to be. Having used these inns and their former incarnations since the early 90's standards especially breakfasts have dropped.

  Spacious family room. Even though it's near the motorway/main roads didn't hear any traffic. Fans provided for comfort and sheets on request instead of a duvet due to the heat. Even though it is tucked away would recommend if you want to visit Ashby or surrounding area.

  Very good service the only issue is the restaurant has a limited menu due the them closing the restaurant for refurb and rebranding.

  Excellent Customer Service Every Time I've been staying at the Premier Inn Flagstaff, Ashby-de-la-Zouch on and off for the past two years, and it has always been a very good hotel. However, over the last few months it seems to have gone from good to excellent. From the moment you arrive, the hotel feels welcoming. The team are always friendly, approachable, and happy to chat, which really makes a difference when you're away from home for work. The hotel itself is consistently clean, comfortable, and a great place to stay when working in the area. What really sets this hotel apart is the reception team. They are genuinely outstanding and simply can't do enough to help. Nothing is ever too much trouble, no matter how small the request. Their professionalism, friendliness, and willingness to go the extra mile create a fantastic guest experience. Exceptional customer service is becoming increasingly hard to find these days, but the reception staff here deliver it consistently. They are a real credit to the hotel, and a big reason why I continue to stay here whenever I'm in the area. Highly recommended.
