  We had such a wonderful stay at the Leeds Airport Premier Inn, and I wanted to say a huge thank you to Carol. From the moment we arrived, Carol went completely above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable and stress-free as possible. She kindly got us some milk when we needed it, gave our 3-year-old toys to keep them entertained, and even went out of her way to arrange an extra hour of late checkout for us at no extra cost. Nothing was too much trouble, and her kindness, warmth, and genuine care made such a difference to our stay. It’s rare to come across someone who is so dedicated to making guests feel welcome, and Carol is a real credit to Premier Inn. Thank you, Carol, for your outstanding customer service. You turned a great stay into an exceptional one, and we won’t forget your kindness. We hope Premier Inn knows what a true gem they have

  Was great for the airport but unfortunately fell in the shower the morning of the flight due to the bath being so slippery. Outcome found the onwards journey very painful and now have a massive black bruiseon my hip whichis very painful. Please be careful with the shower as I'd hate anyone else to suffer like I have

  Spot on. I stay here for work when I'm in the area. No restaurant currently as a bigger ones being built but they do give you a complimentary continental breakfast and there's choice within 10 mins walk of various pubs, including a Spoons, and fish and chip restaurant. 5 min walk from a cracking little park with a decent sized lake and a 10 min drive from the airport. Really comfortable rooms as you'd expect from Premier Inn and very quiet. Great nights sleep. Car park is 7 quid tho....

  Lovely hotel location, great walk by the boats canal and handy eating places nearby. Just be careful as parking is not free! We were fined over £50 for not paying it...because it was assumed that Travelodges have free parking. Nobody mentioned it at the reception sadly and that is not ok.

  Carol on reception was very helpful. Location ideal for the airport!
