  Room was clean & tidy. Staff was helpful when asked for extra key card, iron, more loo roll. Breakfast was really busy with one lady doing her best rushing round doing about 20 jobs. It was only by chance that when we got back on our second night I asked what time breakfast started we was told that it had just been implemented that evening that breakfast slots had to be booked. If I hadn’t of asked we would have gone for breakfast to be turned away

  I loved this hotel. The room was a great size. Very clean. We had breakfast here and the ladies working were brilliant. Really nice and friendly and the food was top notch. Couldn’t fault it!

  I Love Premier Inns. Always welcoming and great staff & in the 37 degree heat, the air con was a blessing 👍

  Honest feedback.. I had an otherwise absolutely delightful stay (single night, weekend) completely and utterly ruined while I was checking out, by a totally abhorrent staff-member who was exceedingly and extremely rude, disrespectful and discriminatory towards me. I certainly shall ^not^ be returning in future and fully intend to submit a formal complaint to management. I cannot, therefore, recommended this establishment in any way, shape, or form, whatsoever (despite having very favourable impressions of the standard and provisions of my room).
