  We stayed one night. They gave me the room 105, the WiFi is rubbish. I stayed other Premier Inn, their WiFi was good as usual. Leeds this Premier Inn, the room wasn’t clean, WiFi is scam, doesn’t work even connected 😡 The carpark was far away from the hotel. Won’t book this one again.

  Very clean, rooms are comfortable but a little warm. One member of house keeping staff on floor 8 deserves a special mention for being very friendly and her whole demeanour and attitude brightened our day

  Very good hotel, great location, helpful and courteous staff. The receptionists are always willing to help. The rooms are large and clean. The breakfast is very tasty. I recommend it.

  This Premier Inn has everything you could want from a Premier Inn. 14 of us stayed one night in various types of rooms. Rooms were decent and clean. The location is right near the train station. The staff are so helpful. Special mention to Mikey and Amy who checked us in and served us at the bar and provided us with lots of treats when they found out what we were doing the next day (our own version of Race Across the UK). And to the waitress from breakfast (whom I forgot to get the name) and helped my team by Googling our challenges.

  Really pleased I'd upgraded to a premier plus room for the added little extras. Worth the little extra. Our stay was made extra fabulous thanks to Callum who was so helpful, knowledgeable and friendly on reception. Gave lots of information about Leeds as I'm not familiar with the surroundings, and then later at the bar for happy hour! So lovely and made us feel so welcome. Thank you Callum!
