  Good modern Premier Inn, with friendly staff ready to help. Room was prepared well - breakfast ready and hot.

  Premier Inn is a standard that is found everywhere. You know exactly what you're getting and that's the beauty with the brand. There are very minor differences to be found and fortunately our family room 303 was larger than normal and the bathroom was configured a different way to most! The shower here was okay. Not a lot of pressure (reason for the 4 star) but the air con was much appreciated. Bonus of this PI is plug sockets next to the master bed. The reason for the mark down in service was for our welcome when we arrived or rather lack of. Efficient but not super friendly.

  The location is great, the rooms were ok- not the cleanest I’ve experienced at a premier inn… quite a bit of dust around and bathrooms weren’t great. Soap dispensers were really manky, floor needed a good steam clean. Staff weren’t very friendly at check in or for breakfast so wouldn’t rate their customer service. Bed was comfy though.

  Millie was very kind and service was spot on. Poured a half decent Guinness aswell. Thanks to Millie ill stay here again. Asset to the team

  Stayed here last week. Couldn't recommend it highly enough. Rooms were spic and span, but the breakfast the next morning was extraordinary. The staff were so helpful, including the server and the supervisor (with tattoos). My wife is coeliac and it was her best experience. Keep up the great work 👏🏻
