Well located for everything sea feont 2 minute walk town and train station 10 minute walk
Staff were friendly and made you feel very welcome.it was our first time here and we will use it again

The staff at this hotel deserve better than they have got. The company appear to have spent money in extending the place, but have neglected the rooms already there. We had a hole in one wall, peeling ceiling and mold in the bathroom, a loose plug next to the bed (which meant charger did not work), no chain on the door, the door had to be nearly slammed shut as it was stiff, sound proofing from upstairs was non-existent.
It's a great location, the rooms are cheap enough and the staff are lovely. But our room was in need of a serious upgrade

This review is for the wonderful staff members Amy and Christine, I arrived at the hotel very stressed out due to another hotel issue, not related to premier inn and both Amy and Christine were so helpful and kind. They are both lovely people and their kindness really helped ease me in a stressful situation and I hope they are recognised for this! Thank you again!
What a terrible place, the location is great and the breakfast is ok, that’s pretty much it. Was greeted by the most awful staff member (unable to get his name but receding, red hair, chap with glasses) who looked like everything was too much, massively looked down his nose because we had a SEN child. Went to use lift, out of order, my wife asked him when it would be fixed as our SEN child struggles with stairs to be dismissed with “engineering been called so whenever”, ok so fair enough these things happen, went into the room to find a bathroom with mould, paint dropping off the ceiling and a toilet that just about flushed but nothing went down, So on our way out to see the sights my wife told the same guy who replied “all our toilets are check each day I can assure you it’s fine” At this point we realised the hotel was horrible and this staff member was a disgrace. We left the next day never to return, have contacted Premier Inn about our experience to be replied that the staff member has lied to his employers by saying “I told them there’s a second lift and they never reported the toilet” Absolutely a disgrace genuinely unacceptable and needs to be dealt with.
Update *** we have been refunded most of our money and are grateful 👍. Hopefully these issues with be dealt with now tho. Definitely won’t be returning to that hotel anytime soon.
